Pésimo servicio. Recepción lenta y con cero capacidad de resolución de problemas. Reservamos una habitación superior y nos dieron una habitación normal sin ninguna explicación coherente. Una estafa. No lo recomiendo ni volvería a este hotel.

Excelente hotel con lindas y limpias habitaciones, excelente restaurant, pubs y ******. Buen servicio de desayuno. Está a un paso de la carretera hacia el sur y al lado del mall de Talca así que está todo a la mano. Con linda piscina. En fin, superó mis expectativas!

Le vamos a quitar 1/4 de estrella por el estacionamiento y 1/4 estrella adicional por la vista. Las instrucciones para estacionarse no son claras la primera vez que vas, luego son sencillas, la vista en el tercer piso es horrible. Dejando de lado eso, la atención excelente, el acceso a las habitaciones muy bueno. La habitación standard que nos toco impecable, Colchón, cabeceras, plumones y cubrecamas de primera. El restaurante un lujo, los platos son gourmet, si buscas un bife con papas fritas no lo vas a encontrar, pero de los dos que solicitamos demasiado buenos. Un asado de tira y una entraña. Algo de ruido en la noche por la discoteca, pero nada fuera de lo normal. Si buscas tranquilidad no vallas a un hotel con ******. El desayuno de primera. Recomiendo este hotel sin dudar.

Fue una estadia muy grata todo perfecto y el personal en general muy amables, la habitacion hermosa y acogedora, la comuida del restaurante muy deliciosa y una gran variedad tienen que probar la lasaña de aji de gallina es realmente un platillo a otro nivel

Nunca más! Estoy alojada en la habitación 424, lo primero que pasó es que nos dieron una habitación que al abrir la puerta estaba ocupada, entré y habían personas en su intimidad, terrible! A las 2:00 am comienza a sonar un estridente y potente parlante con sonidos para ahuyentar pájaros hasta ahora que son las 16:00 hrs no pudiendo dormir con este ruido, he llamado a recepción 3 veces, no me han dado solución. Vine a este hotel para descansar y estoy pagando para no poder dormir. Lo único bueno de esta estadía es el restaurant.

Muy cómoda la habitación. Todo el hotel muy agradable y limpio. Excelente desayuno. El alojamiento incluye un trago de bienvenida. La habitación es amplia. Muy bueno el baño. No hay ruidos molestos. Los ambientes comunes muy agradables.

Es el hotel del ****** (aunque la entrada al ****** es independiente). Las habitaciones son amplias y modernas, con minibar. Hay un buen desayuno buffet, gimnasio y piscina al aire libre. A mi juicio, lo peoro del hotel es su ubicaicón ya que, auqnue al lado hay un gran centro comercial, para desplazarse a cualquier sitio hay que ir en coche.
