We hadden een kamer in een traditioneel Z****s huisje wat erg leuk was. Twee avonden gegeten in het restaurant waarvan de laatste avond teleurstellend. 1 avond hadden we een vriendelijke Poolse ober die goed Engels sprak, ons veel over het hotel de Spa de omgeving en het menu kon vertellen. Avond 2 een Z****se serveerster die geen Engels sprak ons erg lang liet wachten. Ongevraagd ander bier bracht dan besteld. Wegens het lange wachten kregen we een dessert aangeboden. Weer lang wachten op de rekening en hierop bleken de hoofdgerechten niet berekend. We hebben ze hierop geattendeerd. Als excuus dat ze het druk had. Geen bedankje dat we eerlijk waren. Hadden het idee dat de hoofdober ons niet bij de Poolse ober aan tafel wilde zetten omdat hij bij reservering had gezegd “mogen ze bij mij aan tafel”. De hoofdober bepaalde dat wij ergens anders plaats moesten nemen Jammer van deze ervaring in het restaurant. De serveerster

Helt felplacerad ung kvinna i baren vid utepoolen. Otroligt otrevlig och svarade knappt vid tilltal
Fantastiskt personal i restaurangen som räddade upp vistelsen
Kommer inte att rekommendera eller återvända till detta ställe.
Detta var en födelsedagspresent som nästan blev helt förstörd pga oprofessionell personal

Dit hotel is tevens een Spa resort, waar we overigens geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het ligt in een klein plaatsje nagenoeg aan een groot meer. In het plaatsje zelf is niet veel te beleven, de omgeving is ideaal voor wandelen en fietsen. Onze kamer was in een bijgebouw en redelijk gedateerd. Douche was niet in hoogte verstelbaar, was kennelijk defect. De ruimte was prima. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Het ontbijt was luxe en zeer uitgebreid, o.a smoothies waren beschikbaar. Vriendelijk personeel, gekleed in Z****se kleding. We hebben hier tijdens ons verblijf ook het diner gebruikt, ook dat was prima!
