There was several problems at this hotel a my keys never opened my door then the front desk staff weren’t very helpful an when I call them to come open my door an trying to extend my stay was a headache too

Very good, I like it very much. The room is very big and comfortable. It is very cost-effective and suitable for family travel. The elderly and children like it very much. I will come again next time. It is very good

It's very good, the price is favorable, the conditions are fair, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I will stay here again on my next business trip. The transportation will be more convenient. It's very suitable for business trips

Bathroom was a mess. Toilet did not flush because the chain to open the valve was held on by what looked like a bread tie. The sink was clogged with what loiks like wax was poured down it. Instead of charging 100 deposit, It should have been a lot cheaper.

Worse hotel in a long time. Room was unkept, smells of **** and smoke was too strong and customer service was not even there.

Worst experience ever, between small cockroaches everywhere, stinky smell in the room, wet carpet, and guetto neighborhood, AVOID THIS HOTEL !!

The property was dirty and unkept. Garbage was left a guest's doors and under stairwell for multiple days before being collected. Had to kill 2 roaches in my room and the floor was very dirty.

Our room decor was old and needs to be updated. The walkways around the building were dirty and the landscaping was sorely in need of care. We felt safe, but one or two people were sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. The hotel reception desk staff were nice, but he customer service experience was below par. On a trip to the front desk to get fresh towels, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for a staff person to arrive at the desk in the early afternoon.

Checked into room wreaking of pine-sol. Cabinets askew with broken hinges. Mold ring around the tub. Price jacked up because of spring break. Cockroaches in the drawers. Overall a shabby property for extended stay. I’m gone after two nights. Total rip off.

The rooms are very dirty. I had to put shoes on. My feet got black after being barefoot in the room. Only because i had ro take a showr i used shoes because my bath tub was gross and tiles had molding. The TV did not work. I would have cancelled my reservation but couldn't find another room near that area in short notice

The property is very dirty, full of cockroaches, poor customer service, walls in poor condition, malfunctioning lights, waste of water, unpleasant experience. The best and most pleasant thing to deal with is *******.

They have no house keeper to change out sheets or clean the rooms very disgusting water comes out yellow mold on top of walls horrible experience me Asha my husband had dirty sheets on bed and the guy in the front desk told me I was responsible for changing them.

Trash all around the stairwell. No ice machines. No hair dryer in room. Had to move the dresser to plug in tv. Staff unfriendly.

The hotel room was ancient and not taken care of. The lock on the room door did not lock all of the way. The floor was torn and the doors were falling apart. I would not recommend.
