Monte Amazonico Lodge was a definite highlight on our trip through South America. The accommodation, excursions, and especially our guide, Fernando, made it a memorable experience. This was an amazing way to experience the amazon. The cabins were comfortable and the food was great. The excursions were amazing and not too strenuous. It’s definitely suitable for families and older people. We were able to see caymans, otters, and various types of birds and monkey. Our guide Fernando was amazing at spotting the animals.

Fernando was INCREDIBLE! He was so knowledgable about all the flora and fauna in the rainforest and was able to show us so many cool creatures! Highly recommend booking with Fernando if you are looking for a fulfilling Rainforest adventure.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Lodge mit vielen schönen Erlebnissen im Amazonas. Wir durften sogar am letzten Tag noch bis 16 Uhr in der Unterkunft bleiben und in unseren Zimmern bleiben, obwohl wir nur bis 10 Uhr gebucht hatten. Gerne wieder :)

Booked the trip well in advance. Tour was greatly organized. We were picked up at the airport & brought to the lodge. On the way there we were informed about the upcoming trips. Fernando was a great host & took care of everything. Definitely recommend to ask for him as your tour guide! Lodge is nice - it’s clean, rooms are well prepared, food is good, WiFi provided. Everything you need. We saw a lot of wildlife - from alligators, monkeys, capybara, sea otters to tarantulas - everything was covered. 10/10 experience.

We enjoyed our four days greatly. Everyone took great care of us, even going out of their way when I was feeling a bit unwell. The lodge is simple, but its surroundings are beautifully done. Fernando was our guide for the full four days and was amazing, telling and showing us a lot about the area.

We loved our guide Fernando! So many great activities and the food was great. Three meals daily, with coffee and tea available at every meal. Our kids loved the pool, zip line, canopy tour, kayaking and fishing. The kitchen staff cooked the fish we caught for lunch. It was a memorable experience!

Very impressed. Fernando was super knowledgeable and immersed the whole group in all the activities. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide. You can tell he has been working in the Amazon and wild for many years. He was really good with getting everyone the true jungle experience.
