I stay in hotels frequently and I have status with both Hilton and Marriott but I would consider Marriott my day ones as throughout my career and travel heavy periods of my life, Marriott has been a mainstay. Based on the frequency with which I stay at hotels, as well as the understanding that staffing and supply chain shortages are making service more difficult than ever, I just had to commend this location. Though it’s an older location, the rooms are renovated, I was upgraded to a suite, the rates were phenomenal, parking was convenient, and the location could not be beat. But even better than that, every staff member, from Yuni at the front desk to the cleaning crew to the restaurant lounge staff, was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and provided memorable service. I’m adding this hotel to my list of favorites and it will be a mainstay during my frequent business trips in Tampa. Thanks again! It almost felt like pre-Covid times. #Hospitality2022

The hotel is a little confusing to get into as far as parking wise. Amenities are fair. The room was clean.
One drawback I can mention, is the hotel is located right on the train tracks. You can hear the train running all throughout the night. The train runs the horn so be prepared if you plan on staying here, to hear the train.
A second drawback was the thermostat in the room. Yes the thermostat. Why? The one in our room literally illuminated the entire room. It was as bright as a blue fire. I am sure like many of us adults like to sleep in the dark. No this literally was shining so bright you could read a book by the light. I would recommend to dim them for the customers prior to entering the room.
Oh we also had some noisemakers in our room next door. Had to call downstairs to let them know that it was time for rest.
This hotel is located in a party town. So assuming you like to party, it would be good for you.

Advantages: The location of the hotel is very good, especially for those who catch early flights. The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the airport, and the airport shuttle of the hotel leaves at any time. Disadvantages: Hotel is poorly soundproofed! !! !! Sleeping with headphones, at 4 am, I was woken up by a guest who was catching an early flight next door. It was too scary! The breakfast room is very small, and there are no more places for the guests to sit. Fortunately, my room is on the same floor and I took it back to eat. . . The bed is so small, the double bed is actually 1.2 meters wide, and it can be considered as a widened single bed. I really can't sleep two people. This is the smallest bed of any American hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed is famous @@）

I always enjoy my stays at the Embassy Suites! The room was remarkably clean, everything worked properly, the comfort level was great & this location was close to the majority of places I wanted to visit. The only small downside was that the amenities that I enjoy the most were unavailable due to the pandemic; namely, the Breakfast & Cocktail Hour. Overall, I’d still say it was a great stay!

As an ex worker of one of the hotels from the Wyndham corporate, This hotel proves you the opposite of what professionalism and good customer service is.. My review from my stay on the second week of June has been erased. I am not going to repeat that uncomfortable moment we had when the manager called my cell phone to ask me for payment for 1 extra night when the night before we already had walked to the front desk and tried to pay at the counter for the next day. My husband was told that there was no need to pay or sign any document since we already had a credit card authorization form on file and a certain rate already accepted by me. The next day the manager's excuse was that there was a misscomunication and by that day my form was already expired. Long story short, between trying to call Wyndham corporate an repeating over and over by phone the story and asking them to send me their email so I can send all the documentation and proves and also getting an email from the manager saying that my review was going to affect his business, the corporate resolution was to give me 3,000 reward point and if I wanted something else I needed to call the manager of the property again. Thanks for being so professional..........Not.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel to leave my car and fly to the Caribbean from Tampa Airport and on my return as well. I was stunned. It is by far the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in hundreds!!! It is beautiful and the staff could not have been any friendlier or nicer or more helpful. The breakfast was the best as well. The shuttle was on time and nice and runs every half hour 24 hours a day which I had to have due to such an early flight. It was a wonderful Hampton experience!!! Thank you to all the staff!!! I will always stay there for all my flights out of Tampa Airport.

MmitchellgeraldOne of the ladies who answers the phone was not the friendliness person. But otherwise, there's no jacuzzi tub, the pool was freezing, no microwave, and no public parking. Finally, the rooftop bar was extremely windy. The décor was beautiful and everything was very clean. It was okay but not worth what I paid and not what I expected.

GGuest UserI stay here while I was in town for a wedding. Nick at the front desk is extremely friendly and accommodating. Chad was extremely helpful too! The hotel wowed me as soon as I walked in. I did everything through mobile so I missed out on the happy hour special they were running. Once Gina at the bar explained it to us and we spoke to Nick & his manager they were able to give us the card we needed for happy hour. Overall it was a great experience that I had there. As a travel agent, I definitely will recommend it to my clients and will stay there again myself.

GGuest UserI chose this Marriott because of the indoor/outdoor pool area! Perfect because it was pouring rain when I arrived and I really wanted to go swimming. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The free shuttle was convenient and the driver was funny and talkative. I got the business concierge balcony room. Big tv and nice balcony. Used the concierge lounge for breakfast. It was convenient and the food was decent. The on-site restaurant was a little expensive and the food was just OK but the cocktails were great!My stay was perfect for a pre-cruise night.

CClarissaWe stopped and stayed here after a trip we were on was extended a day and we had an early flight to catch. Check in was quick and easy. The beds were comfortable and the location was great as it was minutes to the airport, which was great with a 6 am flight with 3 kids and 7 people total. Our only complaint was the laundromat services were only available until 9. We spent the day at the beach and just planned to wash and pack our beach things once we had come back from dinner. Once we got back from dinner the hotel laundromat was about to close. There was a coin mat about mins up the road , so it wasnt the hugest inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have the on site laundromat available 24 hours or even until midnight. We travel for sports a lot and this is the first time we have encountered this.

LLamboTripsGreat place to stop by for a night. Breakfast is not great, you may grab a yogurt or an apple, beside that there wasn’t much to eat or drink. The service is pretty good, but I wouldn’t stay more than one night- great for quick stop if you driving and need some sleep. The room is pretty big, but the bed is not really comfortable.

MMeganThe service at this hotel was excellent. We had quite a few problems with the cleanliness and other things and the front desk were straight over to help us change rooms and bring us anything we needed. The pool area was so lovely and they had great amenities and a restaurant available in the hotel. If they could sort out the cleanliness of the rooms (the floors had clearly not been mopped ever and there was a tick in our bed), it would be one of the best hotels for the price.

GGuest UserRoom was full of health and safety concerns. Reserved a non-smoking room and the room reeked of smoke and other odors. Bathroom had tile falling off the walls. Black water stains running down the bathtub. Bathtub was rusted out. Feces still in the toilet. Ceiling flaking off across the entire room. Mattress was caved in where it appeared that someone sat for a very long time watching TV. There was no smoke alarm in the room. Chair was damaged as if a cat lived in the room. Did not stay, but was concerned for our safety to go back to the front desk to ask for a refund.
