The shower has no hot water. The heating system doesn’t heat the room. The hotel room looks from 50s. Quite old and definitely need maintenance.

I love the room. It was exactly what was showing in the picture when booked it. Great service from the front desk as well and the bar. Over all, I enjoyed it there. The food was also great. Most of all, this place is located close to many of the attractions.

Staff muito simpático desde o check in ao check out. Quarto limpo e confortável. Todos os dias faziam a limpeza no quarto. Pequeno almoço muito bom, mas podia ter mais variedade. Muito satisfeito por ter passado 7 noites neste hotel. Uma experiência a repetir.

The service and hospitality was great. Moving my daughter to UTampa. The only place you should stay. Proximity was perfect. The distance from he Hotel to campus was the perfect distance to give the students space and be close. The Valets were top notch! Adrian and Stephanie specifically. Awesome!

Alex did a fantastic job as our valet, and took great care of our car…our room was clean and super comfortable…had a relaxing afternoon at the hotel pool, bartender was a great guy, very engaging, check in was quick and easy, the hotel was located close to all the restaurants and attractions

As part of a convention with friends, we were able to enjoy a pleasant stay in this hotel. The different teams made it possible to achieve good organization. We really appreciated Sandrine's team at breakfast. The volume of rooms to prepare for the day's activities is substantial.

The valet guys deserve the 5 out of 5 stars. Alex & Stephen especially. David the waiter at breakfast also deserves 5 stars. The hotel though wasn’t up to a downtown Hilton. No executive lounge was disappointing. The fitness room was top notch though. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable as well. I’d say 4 stars for the hotel itself.

Aidan was absolutely awesome. Went above and beyond. Ask for him when you come in and you won’t regret it. The food was all fantastic. Especially the pasta with the burrata. The Cuban was really good. Definitely recommend. Great experience.

Très bon séjour pour une convention. Le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné, un immense merci à Dan qui nous a trouvé en jour férié de quoi réparer notre valise. Très bonne literie. Même si l’hôtel n’est pas récent, il offre tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires à un bon séjour notamment la piscine et le jacuzzi extérieur.
