Last minute I needed a hotel close to Tampa General Hospital, my partner was having a Kidney Transplant !!!! The staff Nancy , Mica, Jake, Colleen , Tony. andLee treated me like family . I needed to stay for 40 days in a two bedroom suite which they made available within 1 hour. I can't say enough about my experience I was treated with kid gloves and felt as if I was family while at the hotel . All my needs were met and beyond . The rooms are clean , quiet and great for recuperation. The pool and gym were perfect for my needs . Although not downtown a trip to the Hospital at most was 15 minutes away . The location is safe and there are many restaurants and the mall is 1 block away!!!

One day before my 4-day stay, they sent an email to tell me that they were overbooked and were moving me to a different hotel 3 miles away. Starting a new job and I I had to rush and book a different hotel close by. No phone call, nothing. Just an email the evening before the day of my trip. How awful can your customer service be?

Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and had plenty of space that included a kitchen, table, and desk. Separate bedroom is always nice when traveling with kids. Hotel lobby is large enough for large groups to hang out in, and majority of staff are kind enough to let you as long as you are being respectful. Breakfast was good and included meats and eggs, but no potatoes :( Parking was easy and free. Had a basketball hoop on site but no hoop. Pool wasn't large, but wasn't in use anyway. Fire pit outside was really nice, but they wouldn't let people use it, would have been nice. Conveniently located to lots of food, grocery, and Raymond James Stadium. Outback is a walk across the parking lot.

Was in Tampa for business and stayed @ Residence Inn Tampa Westshore/Airport from 11/26/23 to 01/12/24 except for 4 nights at Christmas to go home for the holiday. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and professional. The room was perfect and almost like an apartment which made being away from home for 7 weeks even easier and very comfortable. The staff was very good, the laundry facilities on the 3rd floor was exactly what I needed. The morning breakfast was amazing !! Thank you so much for making my 7 week stay in Tampa, away from home, very comfortable.

AWESOME hotel with wonderful employees who make your stay a memorable one. SHOUT-OUT to Mica and Nancy were BOTH great at the front desk & VERY attentive. They gave us a nice 2 bedroom suite upgrade and nice gift for my wife who was celebrating her B-day. Great room will nice Kitchen and spacious living room and nice bedrooms~ We chose this Marriott as its a short walk to Fleming restaurant which we LOVE~ If in Tampa and staying in the Westshore district look no further than the wonderful Residence Inn. This hotel was just great. Their customer service was incredible. The front desk staff like Nancy and Lee really made me feel at home while being away from home. They and the whole staff were just amazing when it came to serving their guests and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again for all of my future stays to the Tampa area. A+++++ rating for this hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Front desk staff were very welcoming. Our room had a kitchenette which was a pleasant surprise as I wasn’t expecting that. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was clean. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Tampa area.

Unsanitary stay!! From the flooded toilet in the room with toilet water on the bathroom floor, with NO maintenance man on property and the staff gives you a plunger and says oh well , to the utmost disrespectful manager named Mike to his minion Tony whom is the laziest and rudest staff member I've every encountered in life all the way down to Nancy with her lies and apparently not knowing what she's doing!! I've never had a worst stay. The flooded bathroom made my daughter SICK and we will be contacting a lawyer!! What an awful place to stay for such an expensive price. We paid over 1200 lol As mentioned by others the hotel needs some work BUT this is deplorable and not to any standard!! I will be calling corporate and updating this review bc there is way too much to write!!

I made my reservation through a third party, I looked up the number of the hotel and called to let them know that this would be my honeymoon stay and they went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. I absolutely loved everything about the experience. I spoke to bouket I believe thats how you spell it
