Extended Stay America Select Suites - Tampa - North Airport

Made my reservation on October 8, 2024 for one night on November 1, 2024, received a confirmation for the reservation. Arrived on November 1 to check in the place was closed because of no water due to hurricane was the excuse. The staff was still working, what were they using for water?. They could have called or sent a email. Left with no reservation or wi-fi in the middle of no-where and a nasty neighbor. Made the reservation through Priceline who also left us with no help. Don't use either of these companies , because they will leave you out in the cold with no help.

The exterior of this place is the only thing that look good. Room had a smell, sheets were dirty had crumbs, body liquids pillow covers had hair and seem to have a black foot mark. Electric outlet were not working. 5 roaches in the room my last straw was when it crawled on my shoulder. Toilet had hair on the seat. Shower had hair. Shower had mold inside . Phone was extremely dirty as you lift. Trying to get a reservation in this hotel is difficult since you can't do it in person only online. They have a sign on the door that if you need anything you have to call the red phone out side. I had been waiting 15 min on the phone just to get clean bed sheets. Also they only provide one small bar soap and expect you to use it for everything. If I can give this place a Zero I would I don't remendar it. Also the complentary breakfast is no longer available and they tell you this after you pay.

Worst day in awhile. One thing after another left me stuck in Tampa until the morning and desperately needed sleep. Booked online. Get there, lobby closed, 20 min on the phone by the door trying to check in, can’t find my reservation, I’m ready to cry. Then Lucy arrived. The first light in my dark day. She turned my whole day around. Her energy and smile were contagious. Having an issue with my online booking and I was fighting tears. She was so kind, she smiled and said “I got you” and I breathed for the first time in hours because I knew she meant it and I was finally ok. I work in the hospitality industry as well. Lucy is a prime example of true hospitality. Even at the late hour we arrived she showed up happy to be of service. The room was great, clean and comfy. You can find a clean room all over town. What you can’t find all over town is the hospitality, genuine kindness, commitment and care to making my experience amazing. Thanks to Lucy and for Lucy alone you’ve earned a regular guest on my trips to Tampa!

Cozy, quiet, clean, central. We are currently here until we are able to get into our new apt. This is a home away from home. Have been enjoying our stay thus far. Everyone at the office has been great and friendly. Thank you for a great experience so far!

I am deeply disappointed with the state of this establishment. While the front desk worker was probably not entirely at fault, the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. We booked two rooms; the first reeked of smoke, so we requested another. Unfortunately, both rooms still had a lingering smell of musk and smoke. The cleanliness was particularly troubling, given the high cost. When we opened the pullout couch, we found crumbs, a shirt and blood stains, which was appalling. I cannot recommend this hotel and sincerely hope they will reach out to offer a refund.

The management and service personel are all top notch. Clean proffessional and a fantastic stay airport extended stay is the best of all the hotels ive stayed in for any length of time . The hub from veterens and hilsbourgh will give you fast acess to anywhere you want to go in tampa bay. Safe and near downtown ,aquarium , art museum, bush gardens and all stadiums for sports events and music. For the price of one night elsewhere you can stayn a whole week with a kitchen, free internet , free breakfast, coffe and much more. I highly recomend the Extended stay at Beaumont plaza North airport

My husband and I speed two weeks there from 3/11-3/21. I don’t recommend these hotel . For friends and families. Since day one, I inform the manager. About roach, ants, nothing was done. For second time, I went to the front desk, and ask to speak to management. I left the hotel on 3/21, never received a call. I am not staying at, extended Stay America, Hillsboro, Tampa.
