Nicd historic place, unfortunately it's been under construction and renovation. The rooms are big and very pretty, however the outside was draped and can't see out the windows.

We enjoyed the nostalgic setting of the hotel and it’s amenities. The beds are antique and very solid which gave a unique feel to the room.

Old fashioned barley any hot water the beds where super uncomfortable 😑 😒 😫

The hardest blasted bed I've ever been on! Then, we had some people racing their motorcycles nearby and calls to the front desk to report/request police help were met with disbelief since I couldn't tell them exactly where the motorcyles were - I did tell her to step outside and she'd hear it.... The hotel itself is charming, clean & nicely decorated, other staff were terrific so maybe this was just an "off" night....

Good price..! There’s a Domino’s Pizza in front of the hotel. The room was cozy and clean. The bathtub was a little clogged.., making it a little uncomfortable to take a shower. Breakfast with few options.

This is REALLY amazing hotel. My room I felt like I’m a king. Breakfast included it’s good. But the highlights are the CHANDELIERS at the lobby!!! THEY ARE GORGEOUS. The architecture and the interior design is one of a KIND. I will be back to this place VERY SOON with my family.

The overall environment is not bad, there seems to be no microwave oven, and the parking fee is 33.25 US dollars, but I was deducted 79 US dollars afterward, and I found Ctrip to return.

Room nice breakfast was ok, service inattentive. Buffet was often not filled up and employees not at the front.

Hotel transportation was excellent. Willing to take you just about anywhere you need to go. Staff was very helpful in knowledge of the area

It was a lovely hotel in downtown Tampa close to everything. It was the closest we could get to Amalie Arena for Madonna. We loved The Dan bar and restaurant right in the hotel, as well as the Cass Street Coffee shop right there the next morning. Loved the retro vibe.

Great historic classic property in downtown Tampa. Stayed a night to attend the Madonna concert. A 15 minute straight walk to Amelia. Non valet parking a challenge to find. Valet $40 24 hrs. Would definitely stay her again.

The hotel was recently renovated, and looks great. The staff was very nice and the location was great. Unfortunately, we had no hot water in the shower. The sheets on the bed were clean, but very itchy and scratchy so we didn’t get a great nights sleep. Besides from that it was a nice stay

The hotel was lovely. I liked that it was a historical hotel because of it's charm. I have no complaints.

Stayed here for several nights for a conference. Beautifully redone but my room didn’t have hot water. Conference guests on other floors also did not have hot water. Told hotel staff who sent up a janitor, but water issue is definitely a building-wide issue. Other hotel aspects are good: free shuttle service, central location, modern rooms.
