The room is clean but plain: white textiles and light wood might give off a clinical vibe. So many power outlets, I counted eight and then two more in the bathroom! Service is lovely though, nice receptionists and I overheard how the receptionist asked a couple their breakfast wishes for the next morning, since they were to be the only customers! Basic breakfast, but served its purpose. Glutenfree options were well available when requested. The hotel room itself is quiet, but not fully dark: dim lights behind the ceiling panels stayed on the whole night above the door. They didn't bother my sleep though, perhaps prevented claustrophobic feels since there wasn't a window :)

This hotel is a self-catering serviced apartment and can only enter the apartment within the specified time via the code received via email. It can be said that it is all self-service... We arrived too early, so we were ”turned out”... We took the initiative to ask for help from the café nearby. The staff were very nice and willing to help us keep our luggage temporarily! When I arrived at the check-in time at 16:00, I did not receive the password, so I could only ask for help from Ctrip. Finally, Ctrip gave me the password. I was really drunk... The hotel was clean and quiet, it was good to sleep. I thought it was when breakfast did not get breakfast cream as requested, no one of the staff greeted or wished good morning, which I think would be one of the good practices.
