Heerlijk luxe hotel aan het prachtige strand van Taghazout. Na een rondreis van 14 dagen doorheen Marokko beëindigden we onze vakantie met enkele dagen in dit fantastische hotel. Zeer mooie tuinen, grote zwembaden (niet allemaal meer verwarmd in november !), overal super vriendelijk personeel. Het meest uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet ooit ! 4 verschillende restaurants. Prachtige kamer ( oceaanzicht, met terras) : heel groot, grote badkamer (bad, aparte douche, apart toilet, wastafel. Strandgedeelte uiterst verzorgd (handdoekenservice, snacks en drankjes, ligbedden en parasols). Gelegen aan een mooie wandeldijk. Groot hotel, maar dat gevoel heb je absoluut niet. Boven alles : het altijd glimlachende, vriendelijke personeel. Hier wil ik zo weer naartoe !

At times it was 5 star, however the experience was ruined by the staff harassing me for a payment. They made an error and I said I would pay on the last day but they continuously sought me out at dinner and by the beach to demand payment. They would never have asked some of the other guests to do this, clearly they felt that I wouldn’t pay. I don’t expect harassment at a 5 star. They ruined our dinner on the last evening. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Some days it was prompt others we had to call at 8pm. Some nights our room was turned down, others it wasn’t. When we put the towels on the floor to be changed they were taken away and not returned (twice) One night we waited over an hour for towels and toilet roll.

Schöne Hotelanlage, mit leider einigen Schwächen. Das Personal freundlich aber uninteressiert. Den mangelhaften Ablauf im Badezimmer Waschbecken haben wir 3 mal erfolglos reklamiert. Im Restaurant wird man dumm angesehen wenn man keinen Wein bestellt oder nur ein Gericht haben möchte. Ein Kaffee kostet 6.- € und ist nicht einmal gut. Allerdings waren die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir werden dorthin nicht mehr kommen.

j’ai séjourner à l’hôtel fin août mon fils a oublier sa switch dans la chambre depuis le 24/08 j’ai téléphoner pour qu’on me la renvoie tous en payant les frais en passant par mon agence de voyage nous somme maintenant le 8 novembre cela fait bientôt trois mois qu’on ne m’a pas renvoyer la console de mon fils je trouve cela inadmissible d autant plus que si je les contact pas il ne l’on pas fait non plus quelle dommage pour un si belle hôtel !!!! peut être on t’il vendu ma console !!!! quel honte 3 mois
