Century Pines Resort Cameron Highlands Reviews

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean. I booked the deluxe garden room which I can assess straight out when open the sliding door. The temperature is very comfortable and cozy. The room is spacious with a large bed and bathroom. The breakfast is not much choice but it was nice. Worth for money and not too expensive. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Great location but a old resort. Design old dated and the maintenance need to improve. Not convinced it a 4 star price

Room: so clean and very nice. Breakfast: not much but delicious. Bathroom: big and clean but bathtub just for shower. Checkin: please ready RM100-RM200 for room deposit.

Best place to stay if I come to Cameron highland. Spacious room with extra king bed size.

I recently stayed at Century Pines Resort and was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the ambiance. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. They were attentive, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request.

We had a great time here! Breakfast was delicious 😋

The bathroom was quite dirty (see picture when I arrived), no drinking water in the room & the breakfast is so so. Therefore quite expensive for what you get. I had the garden view but I was just facing a wall.

Place that superb to vacation with families and friends. Natural surrounding.

Overall our stay was nice. The rooms were cozy, especially because ours were the Garden Rooms at the Ground floor. The ambiance around the Resort was nice, lots of pine trees, flowers and greens. Only thing we were disappointed with was the breakfast. I think they should consider having a wider selection of food and a nicer variety. Also when the food finishes, they did not replenish the food on time which was disappointing. I would suggest take the rooms without breakfast and sleep in, go out and have breakfast as there are many restaurants with a better selection and taste.

Overall, it’s a very good experience to bring my family here. We booked a duplex room, kids like it very much. The first floor is a sofa bed with a washroom and shower. And a balcony. The second floor has a king size bed, wash room with a bath and shower. The furniture is very comfortable. The location is also not bad and convenient. Window view is a public plaza outside. Shops and restaurants are walking distance. The only issue is our booking is 4 adults breakfast included. We have 3 adults and 2 kids. One 11 and one 6. But we still need to pay 1 breakfast for one kid, with limited selection of the breakfast.

The hotel is not on par with its 4 star rating and did not commensurate its room rates. I would give a maximum of three stars and, in some respects, just a budget hotel. There is no complimentary drinking water in the room. To get the water, we had to carry a glass jug, moved along the corridor, and went down a flight of stairs to the water station. There was no iron and ironing board in the room. The common ironing room is near the water station on the lower floor. This arrangement is very similar to those found in cheap budget hotels. Given that in the interests of environmental considerations, plastic bottles are not used, other respectable hotels normally prepare glass bottled water for guests. Breakfast was very bad. Most of the dishes were local, and choices were limited, especially for those not used to local food. The presentation was also very poor, with some food items just piled on top of one another. Coffee and tea were made in bulk and served from a big dispenser. Internet was also not stable. The main plus point is its location, walking distance from the bus station and Tanah Rata town centre where food outlets and some places of interest can be found.

Travel with a group of colleagues , rooms were great , the staff were friendly

Room okay ,location nice n staff very friendly ...Car parking no problem ...can repeatedly n recommend 😉
