Honestly disappointed with the service, ordering room service can wait more than 2 hours even though it's just French fries and pizza, the second day room service waiting for 2 hours also while the location is very quiet. Looking at the reviews and pictures of the hotel is interesting, but after staying there some of the staff are not friendly, and yesterday I had an experience of leaving my charger behind, but after a while I checked it and it was gone. Please help with CCTV, very slow response because there were a lot of guests. It's really unfortunate, but I haven't found it yet until I made this review. But apart from that, always be careful with your belongings wherever you are. Oh yeah, many of the gym equipment are broken, so it can't be maximized properly. The swimming pool is also not very clean. Maybe in the future it can be better so that it is more comfortable. Anyway, the front office is very friendly and very sociable. Very helpful.
