The oral English at the front desk is very heavy, and the service attitude is average.
I don't know where the KTV hotel can hear the bass noise of disco dancing, which is very annoying.

What a great experience to have family staycation at double tree by hilton bintaro jaya. The hotel staffs were so friendly (we got yummy welcome cookies when we check in) and fast response to guest needs especially when there was any trouble with parking payment system. However it was solved quickly.
The room were very clean and we got a nice view from the our room.
The breakfast was also tasty.
The swimming pool was very clean and had a great view.
it also has a small pool for children and my son enjoyed it a lot.
Overall it was a great experience to stay here. We’ll definitely come here again when we want to enjoy another staycation.

Would love to share my first experience visiting this hotel. My first impression when I entered the Lobby is very good. Warm greetings given from Front Office team (Bella & Elvan) even though I came to the hotel not as a guest who will check in/stay, they still offered me a help, then they gave me a suggestion to go to The Koffee when I asked them about a place to go where I could enjoy a dessert. Also, great service from Andrew & Tiffany from the F&B side. Tiffany helped to give me some suggestions from their menu then I ordered Red velvet cake & Matcha Latte. I gave a comment about their Matcha which isn’t strong enough for me then Andrew initiatively gave me a jug of Matcha to me. Really appreciate all the staffs I mentioned above, pls look for them if any of you want to visit DoubleTree Bintaro! definitely will come back next time to stay here!

Me and My Mom, We had a fantastic and memorable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Bintaro Jaya. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I had a smooth check-in at the reception lobby and got a refreshing welcome drink and a warm cookie while waiting our room. The staff we encountered were most polite and warm. Elvan at the front desk was particularly helpful and provided great service, Elvan very attentive, well trained, and sincere, always make sure our stay was memorable one. Thank to Pak Iqbal and Mba Icha for warm welcome, also thank to Dimas and Nuari who give their best service and great hospitality. We stay at Suite Deluxe King, The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the city. The hospitality and attention to detail were impeccable, making it a perfect getaway without leaving the city. Highly recommend for a family staycation! We will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
