Check in after long day business meeting and can't wait to take break just for taking shower and get a cup of nice coffee...and finally I arrived at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong. I love the hotel especially the color & music, on the check in process it was went well and there's a young lady stand up beside the FO staff listening and observing all the process. The following day I met her again at the Lobby and she approach me just to say hallo, asked about my experience and feedback gently and at the same time she over me a cup of coffee even though she knew I have done my breakfast. I know she's very knew work with Fame Hotel Gading Serpong however she's ( Iren ) is very important asset for the company. I am wring this feedback not because she over me a cup of coffee. She's really showcased her roles as hotelier. Nice to meet you Iren and I will comeback and thank you for your warmest hospitality.

I really loved staying here. The room is a bit outdated but it has bathtub in every room so it‘s still a win-win for me.
The pool is big! The ambience is great lots of trees and so cozy for me and my family.
It has water slide which not every hotel or resort has.
Breakfast, well…standard for me, but the pancakes and waffles are great!

Comfortable bed but pillow too hard and i can’t sleep coz noise from upstairs even I was at the highest floor at 9th floor. Breakfast open 3am, free shuttle to all CGK airport.

The location is very good. On the first floor of the office building, there is Starbucks KFC. The public area is quite large. The microwave oven with hot and cold water, including knives and forks, is clean. The front desk is friendly and you can print for free. The room is full of technology and you can sleep. You can also set it up The price is cheap and cost-effective! ! !

GGuest UserOutstanding and highly convenient airport hotel. One of the nicest rooms I have ever had as I was upgraded to a deluxe suite on Level 3. I slept well in comfortable bed with separate bedroom. Only compliant was the shower was difficult to maintain a constant temperature and kept going cold then hot. One toilet also flushed weakly so did not use as I had two. The breakfast included was a bit disappointing with few western options. Strongly recommend and only 5 minutes walk to checkin for your Terminal 3 flight.

AAnonymous UserWe always stay in here whenever we travel to Jakarta because this hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the airport for free and it’s available every hour. It is very convenient for us in order to catch a flight. The breakfast is good, food is good, gym is good, they have sauna and steam room, the pool is clean, staff is very friendly and so helpful. It’s very recommended guys and it’s near to the airport which is a good thing.

GGuest UserI had a layover in Jakarta, but not really enough time to leave the airport for my preferred off site hotel. Also the other airside hotel did not make any accomodations for arriving at 11AM and departing at 4 PM. I would have had to reserve 2 nights. Check in took moderate time. It was somewhat odd that I had to leave 50,000 RP deposit in cash. That is a very small amount of money for a hotel deposit. They stored my luggage onsite which was nice because airport check in was closed. This isn't really a hotel per se, rather it consists of space age looking sleeping pods. The pod is quite small for someone my size 6’4”, but I was able to lay down. They provided headphones (well worn) a bottle of water, a blanket, pillow, and slippers. There isn't much room for storage in the pod and they do provide a storage locker, but the attendant had to hotwire the lock so I kept my carryon in the pod with me. The air conditioner barely worked and the temp inside was 22C which was a bit warm for me. There is a decent sized TV on one end and some well worn headphones as well as USB charging port to charge up a phone or Ipad There is no bathroom. I had to leave the hotel area to use the bathroom in the terminal. It wasn’t a far walk, but a bit inconvenient since I had already put my shoes in the storage locker. There is zero sound insulation in the pod so you hear every word outside in the hall. Overall since I only had a 5 hour layover it was OK and nice to have a tiny bit of privacy. Considering the price it was a satisfactory place to relax for a few hours between flights

GGuest UserTraveling from Bandung I took the three hour train ride and then taxied to the airport. Arriving at the hotel, so easily accessible and right in Terminal 2 was a great end to the journey. Checking was efficient and Dafa brought my bags up the stairs and directly to my room with charm and a smile. When I left to catch my flight the next day, I was ready before the shuttle so Ahmad accompanied me from the hotel to the sky train both so I would find my way and so he could manage my two heavy bags. My whole experience not only made my morning flight out of Jakarta international Airport convenient, the care and attention to detail added to my entire journey. Having a choice of free transportation options at your disposal (shuttle every 30 minutes at the top and bottom of the hour, and sky train a 7 minute walk) makes it simple and convenient for any traveler. Oh, I almost forgot—the East meets West breakfast buffet was delicious. And the rooms were so quiet I never heard a plane even though I could see them.

DDennyThis facility is clean, however, I got a room which ac was broken plus the window seal was already bad so the outside noise was loud in the room. I asked the change of room but it was full, so I had to bear with the room which ac was rather hot. I slept without blanket. Furthermore, if you drive a car, the parking lot was designed tremendously narrow between building pillars. It takes skill to maneuver your car to park and avoid scraping your car against the pillars. Another matter was to many guests not wearing masks at the public area yet the staffs could not do anything about it, mostlikely because there were to many guests or the staffs were simply didnt care anymore.

As I check in, I saw the freeze & the drawer still have rubbish from the previous customer. Well, others is okay but when it come to cleanliness it should be more alert by the management.

There are no lifts fro street level to reception .. the air conditioning unit requires cleaning; and has low output. Minimal services available in the room, and wifi is continually failing ..
There are no elevators to higher floors ..

1190bretthGood basic accommodation close to the airport, but it could use maintenance to get a higher review. We booked a superior room online as we had 2 days in Jakarta on our way to Sulawasi. The hotel is very close to the airport and the transfers are included in the hotel fee. We wanted to have a look around but the streets were very narrow with lots of traffic and the heat and smog meant we just stayed around the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had soto ayam ourselves and sandwiches for our young son at the hotel restaurant which was all good local food. Mosquitos around this area are pretty bad so make sure you have repellant as our son had a bad reaction to the bites here. We would stay here again as it is convenient and cheap, but some basic repairs would make it more appealing.
