Pésimo servicio y un sistema de seguridad totalmente insoportable. Hubo que esperar mucho tiempo para que nos dejasen entrar a tomar algo incluso con reserva. Nos fuimos. Realmente no vale la pena pagar este hotel. Parece que creen que están dando un servicio para ultra VIPS pero en realidad no es así.

Magnifique hôtel avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Tanger. Végétation luxuriante. Suite très confortable avec l’espace piscine très agréable devant la chambre. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner qui est correct mais pas digne d’un hôtel de ce standing. À noter l’hôtel est excentré par rapport au centre ville, voiture ou taxi obligatoire.

On a passé une semaine splendide, dans un endroit d’exception. L’hôtel est magnifique! Tout le personnel a été d’une gentillesse remarquable. In particulier, un grand merci à Monsieur Fouad pour toutes les attentions qu’il a eu en notre égard : il a nous gâté et nos petits dé-jeûneurs sur la terrasse de l’hôtel resteront inoubliables ! Merci beaucoup à tous. La maman d’Alexandre.

The worst hotel ever, hygiene was 0.0, very old rooms with old furniture and everything there is out of date, before my eyes women with headscarf and jelaba were refused to enter, that's hotel is 00, I will never go back 👎👎👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The service is scandalous and do not recommend it to any one the staff’s treatment is not really nice, especially the person in charge of booking 🤢🤮. She speaks of laws out of her imagination. She is also selective when it comes to people who are to stay on the hotel, not to mention that she imposed certain things which were never heard of. I do not recommend staying in their hotel because they can simply cancel your reservation for some reason all of a sudden

Lunch only: fortunately we didn’t stay. I came here 20 years ago and had positive memories, so decided to return for lunch. We took a cab ride from central Tangier (30 mins) having booked it through the exceptional hotel we’d were staying in for 7 nights (Villa Mabrouka). If our experience is anything to go by, do not go to Le Mirage. It is a marble monstrosity with reception staff who were beyond unfriendly. In the 90s we went regularly for lunch, never stayed and were allowed to use the pool and garden. After an average lunch in a large blingy and empty restaurant topped off by a double expresso that cost the best part of £10 and was undrinkable we left, expecting to be allowed to walk on the amazing Atlantic beach that the hotel overlooks. Having asked politely we were told by a haughty receptionist that it was “private” in a superior and rude manner so left. All in all a waste of time. The restaurant staff were fine, but otherwise Le Mirage was unwelcoming. NOT RECOMMENDED - a waste of our afternoon. DO NOT BOTHER.

Très bon hôtel, calme et un personnel extrêmement sympathique. Nous avons passé 6 nuitées en famille. La suite est spacieuse et proche de la piscine, les enfants ont beaucoup aimé. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.
