We checked in late and they still took about an hour just to give us the room. When they did finally give us the key to the room, there was actually luggages in the room meaning there was people already checked into that room. Told them this issue and their first response was "is it the staff's luggage?" Which still didn't make sense. As a reimbursement they gave us 100RM for the 3 of us which was totally not worth as we still had to wait 20 more mins for the new room. Please lock your luggages when you leave your room as you never know can come in. Such a wake up call. The photo was the one we took with the other tenants luggage(totally open).

Was surprised at size of standard room which was huge fir the price paid. Breakfast was also good. Maybe hotel should package the carpark feed (RM5) into the room package as complimentary seringbthat it was always difficult to find a lot in front of the hotel. Had to wait ~ 1hr before they send me my requested ice cubes (after 2 reminders)!
Good location as supermarket was just across the hotel & there were several eateries along the same shop row.
Managed to also get a good sunset view during the evening.
