The hotel's greatest asset is its sea-facing rooms, offering a prime view of the sunrise each morning. The hotel's setting immerses you in a floral universe, typical of Malaysia and its tropical ambiance. The infinity pool is magnificent! Thank you to the entire hotel team for their hospitality; we had a wonderful stay in an exceptional place!

Why are the ratings for this hotel so low? I absolutely must tell everyone, it's not because Chinese people are picky, but because the service here is practically non-existent. We chose to stay here because our child was attending school at the hotel's resort. Since the school is within the resort, we naturally opted for convenience and booked this hotel. Upon check-in, we immediately noticed the lack of service. Firstly, the hotel doesn't provide breakfast. Secondly, we were assigned a second-floor room at the very edge of the hotel. My friend and I, two mothers with two children and four suitcases, had to drag all our luggage up the stairs ourselves, one by one. There was absolutely no service from the hotel; they just handed us a map and told us to find our room on our own. The check-in experience was far from good. Then there's the housekeeping issue. Since they don't have room cards, only keys, the staff couldn't clean our room after we left. Even when we requested cleaning, they insisted they could only do it when we were present. We left some trash in the common area, and they didn't clear it promptly, leading to crows and wild monkeys tearing open our garbage and scattering food remnants everywhere, attracting ants all over the floor. After I went to the front desk for the third time to request cleaning, they finally came to clean our room. But that's when the nightmare began. The very next day, bugs started appearing in the room. Besides lizards in the bathroom, there were bugs crawling everywhere in the room, even in my suitcase. At night, my skin became incredibly itchy, and my feet developed allergic reactions and swelling from bug bites, which didn't subside even after two days of medication. I told the hotel I wanted to cancel our second week's accommodation. To retain us, the hotel offered to switch our room, but this new room had six beds in one space. Is this some kind of seven dwarfs' cottage? My child is a boy and my friend's is a girl. How could we possibly share a room like that? The hotel showed absolutely no consideration. After my insistence, they finally canceled our second week's stay. When we went to check out with our luggage, we found the entrance completely blocked by parked cars, making it impossible for us to leave. Again, as we went downstairs, there were no staff members to help us with our luggage. We, two mothers, still had to drag our four suitcases down from the second floor. The parking lot was packed with cars, and staff members were watering plants nearby, completely ignoring us. This was truly infuriating. One of the children, after swimming in the pool, contracted an acute bacterial infection and had a fever for two days. The hotel offered no response. Another child cut his leg on a tile while swimming in the pool, and the hotel's only feedback was a single 'sorry.' What's even more outrageous is that even though we didn't stay at this hotel for the second week, the children still needed to attend school. This black staff member even refused to let us use the normal path, pushing us onto a small, narrow stair-path by the roadside, denying us access to the regular route. He only targeted us two Chinese mothers for this treatment. Other Chinese mothers, even if they weren't staying at the hotel, were not similarly driven away, and local Malays were certainly not bothered. This hotel exhibits a very serious tendency to discriminate against Chinese people. I've repeatedly negotiated with the hotel through the platform, but the hotel consistently denies any wrongdoing and refuses to acknowledge the issue. I've shared all this hoping that everyone can have a good and pleasant stay abroad. Don't impulsively choose a hotel based on influencer recommendations, only to end up with a terrible accommodation experience that ruins your entire trip.

The moment you step out of the room, you're greeted with a stunning sea view, which really gives off that wonderful South Pacific vibe. It's an excellent resort for a sunny day, but even if it rains, you can easily grab a taxi to some nearby shopping malls.

This hotel is truly the best – clean, comfortable, and very private. Every aspect was satisfying. Many say it has a Bali-like vibe, which might be true since I've never been to Bali myself 😅. Don't worry about parking, it's very close to the rooms, though it can be a bit challenging and requires some advanced parking skills 🤣. For food, the resort has 'Blue-Blue' and 'Red-Red' restaurants, but the prices can make your eyes water if you're an average Joe, even with a guest discount. Other than that, it's perfect! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oh, and I almost forgot, for those who love OOTDs or taking photos, this place has amazing photo spots, no lies 👌🏼
