For me the hotel is very budget, the facilities and prices are expensive and not suitable for the room, not suitable for the price compared to the hotel I stayed at the day before which was almost 50% cheaper. First and last, will not come again, just to experience it once, drowning in a room like a box. No pictures to take

Room main door unable to open fully. Room wall was eaten by termite. Tap water unable to turn off & run 24/7. Pillow with bad odour. Lack of customer service. Common area lack of maintenance and easily can spot mosquito breeding. One night stay unable to sleep well just felt uneasy.

The room is small..it doesn't match the price..the most disappointed thing is that the aircond works..it's cold..n the cup to drink is not replaced..the cup given has obvious dirty marks n a lot of it..so there is no cup that can be used..die just give me 1.. I have to buy another cup.. so this is the first and last one.. so I hope to improve the quality of the chalet before the customers who pay hundreds come in...

It's ok with the price.. The pool isn't big, but it's okay if the kids want to take a bath.. The room size isn't big, but it's ok, I'm just lucky to get a room next to where there is a place to iron clothes & refill water.. So there are always people in front of that room
