I'm not sure, but I've booked for deluxe king room but received superior room instead. The difference was the sofa I guess. A bit frustrated but I guess, nothing much to complaint. My room was located at the 11th floor with spacious and beautiful scenery facing the sea (tho, most of it was actually looking to the lotus's building). Unfortunately, there were small incident of water leakage before, hence, resulted damp carpet and the affected area producing bad smell. There were also small leaking at the door of my room. Indeed, the price and the service together with the hotel amenities is somehow, very good deal. Parking is provided but you need to validate each time exiting the parking bay. Parking bays are divided with 2 sections - Jazz suite and Jazz hotel. Hotel visitors need to park at the hotel parking which located at only 6th floor (A and B) to 7th floor. Time consuming to drive all the way uo there. Didn't try the foods. But the ambience of the hotel is calming. Surrounded with nice artsy and modern chic decoration. Staff were good and professional. Checking in/out process was smooth. Go to the 30th floor, there is swim pool. Up till 11pm. Nice view. They got their lounge as well. I would recommend this hotel. They provides bath tub for each room which is a bonus point. Free bath bomb as well. Room decoration is modern and simple. But practical. Definitely worth every penny. Thanks to the hotel staff who took my request to get small cake to initiate the birthday celebration while I was there. Appreciate it much. Thanks.

Good environment, and the room is quite large compared to other hotels. You can see the sea view.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, and the rm30 breakfast for in house guest is very worth it. The lady at the reception counter was a little unfriendly and moody when she had to repeat how to validate our parking, but apart from that, it was a pleasant stay!

Jazz hotel offer a good space for room and big bathroom ☺️ the process to check in so smooth ! The staff will help with luggage and bags send to room ! Pros: - spacious and nice smell of room - bed is so comfortable - have complimentary drinks - pools and gym accessible - very close to lotus - I loved the interior design of hotel - loved the big bathtub ! Cons - we have to validate our parking at 1st floor while parking place at 7th floor. But it’s offer free park so it’s not too bad. - the bathroom clean however I can see a little bit dirt there but it acceptable

It was a great holiday for me to stay at this great hotel. Surely will stay at Jazz Hotel again after this. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast also has a variety of delicious food!!!

I was very happy with my room. The piano in the lobby was free and you could just use it.

Overall great experience. Eventhough there is always stains on the bedsheets even after having it change. But staff were very friendly. *ps. if you are driving, just park at Lotus. Opposite of the hotel, it's free.
