Recommended sangat2. Ada TIME, laju nk access internet. Tv streaming apps. View lawa. Deco lawa. Selesa sangat. Toilet bersih. Receptionist baikkkk n mesra. Runner was excellent bila minta bantuan untuk hidup kan api dapur, x reti sangat sebab dapur terlalu canggih 🫣 confirm akan repeat lagi.

Big apartment, very spacious. All my friends love to stay here. There are not enough slippers and toilet papers. We need to get from the staff. Overall, good stay.

The customer service js very good! Nice in explaining, which helps a lot for us as the first time air bnb travellers! The seaview is also very nice!

The staff in reception is very friendly and helpful. A good location surrounded by a shopping mall and food court with walking distance.

Good location, Best services, all facilities are wonderful like swimming pool, Gym, Kids corner and BBQ terrace. So recommend to stay in Penang

The staff were very friendly and offered great recommendations for food spots. However, the unit we received was on a lower level, and our view was obstructed by constructions. 😭😭😭

Very good place to stay. Comfortable apptm, we had a washing machine and dryer, this was fantastic while travelling being able to wash our clothes (soap is available). Good bed, I slept very well there, also good shower. Apptm is situated around 5km outside of Georgetown, can be reached via grab or there is also bus 101 that goes to Georgetown, in other direction, bus goes to national park and also stops at the tropical spicegarden. We took this bus when visiting these locations, convenient and cheap. Bus stop is near the apptm. Close to the apptm there is a grocery shop and several good eateries can be found in the area (accessible on foot). Close to Gurney Shopping mall. I really enjoyed staying here and would defenitely select again for another stay in Penang. Few minor remarks: interior was a bit worn out, some humidity in apptm and cleaning could have been done better (not throughly done), but these remarks aside, really great place to stay!

Room is good, just waiting times to take lift is long. Have to avoid 11-1pm And 3-5pm very crowded. Good customer service and helpful staff.

Enjoyed the whole experience with the only BNB. Great rooms! Very high floor was arranged , and enjoyed the view every single day. They were basic but all the important items were met/provided. Price is very reasonable and will be back again n again! 👍🏿

The Only Bnb was a great choice for me! The room was spacious and clean. The full size kitchen was nice but it was within walking distance of so many restaurants I never got the chance to use it. It was on top of a 24 hr snack store which was perfect for grabbing water bottles anything I felt like it. Downtown was a quick and convent Grab car ride away and I liked being on the more quiet part of the island. From the very beginning, communication with the staff was clear and so, so helpful! If I ever get the chance to come back to Penang I would book here again.

The unit is in good condition, spacious and comfortable with fully equipped but the lift is a big issue. Everytime taking lift have to wait for at least 20-50mins. Also although I'm entitled for the early check in at 12pm but when we arrived at 3+pm the unit still not yet ready.

the towels and bedsheet got an unpleasant smell, the cs immediately responded once receiving complaints the lift way too slow
