Lovely hotel right in the waterside, restaurant was a bit dated but still pleasant

Very nice comfortable clean hotel in a beautiful place!

Great location, facing Isola Bella attractions. There is a direct bus to the entrance of Taormina for €1.90/person. There are also coaches from other cities passing by the hotel. The breakfast environment is good.

The hotel is beautifully situated. There are a couple of shops nearby. Next to the bus stop that leads to the center, and a little further there is a bus stop that leads to Catania airport.

Excellent stay. We had a beautiful weekend. Taormina is a magical place. The hotel very good. Excellent location, unbeatable views, beautiful! Very good, complete breakfast. The facilities are clean and very comfortable. Price-quality ratio very good! We will definitely come back!! Thank you..

Probably because the hotel is too old, the air conditioner is obviously an after-installation, but it is estimated that it has been used for a long time. At night, I feel that my throat is itchy and thirsty. In addition, it is extremely disgusting behavior for the disturbing personnel to take the key and open the door without knocking on the door. I am just glad that the door is locked at night. All in all, a terrible experience, if you don't want your Taormina itinerary to be affected, it's best not to book this hotel. The hotel is tired and in desperate need of a refurb. Rooms are very simply decorated. With very basic amenities. Kettle, tea coffee supplied in room. But no milk which doesn't bother me personally. But 2 paper cups is a bit of a joke, no glasses at all, even in bathroom. Daily maid service. Plastic furniture on a small balcony, sea or pool building facing. Ok WiFi throughout, ok aircon in rooms. Water pressure in shower is rubbish. Our son had a separate 1 person room which was a joke, he could hardly fit in the shower and he had to sleep with his legs bent as the bed was so small. If using the toilet your feet wer in the shower area. Breakfast room is OK, food is consistently the same, no variation at all. Bar is all but non existent, open about an hr in afternoon, and if the guy on reception is about at night. Poor selection of drinks. Alot of unbranded spirits. Served mainly in pint glasses. Staff are very helpful and eager to help. Outside of the building is very tired, flaky paint, you'll notice if looking at hotel from the pool area that the external wall has been painted from each balcony as far as the painter could stretch, . As said it needs to be either greatly renovated or bulldozed and rebuilt. We stayed here for a week which was a bit long, a long weekend would have been enough, the report only has a few restaurants and the beach is accessed by about 200 steep steps.

I spent nine nights at this hotel recently. I was allocated a single room which was tiny and dark with a reduced size single bed. However the worst part of it was the bathroom which was so small and I couldnt actually use the shower as I couldn't turn around in it. When I complained about this I was told that it was a standard size single room. I made my booking through Love Holidays who did very little to help me resolve the situation and I was left with no choice but to transfer to a double room at extra cost to me. I feel very strongly that to class this as standard size is a complete misrepresentation of the facts and Love Holidays should not be marketing it as such. It made for a very unpleasant start to my holiday. The staff at the hotel were amenable and gave me useful information about the resort and travelling in the area

It's quite possible that anyone booking a stay for two or more people will have a different experience than I did, and thus get to actually enjoy themselves. I had a single, which gave me the non-pleasure of encountering the worst shower ever created by what I'm presuming were vacationing demons. You have two options when using this shower: leave the folding doors open, thus soaking the entire tiny bathroom -- or close them, and lose the ability to do the little things. Like turning around. Or lifting your arms. Should you consider either of those to be important and additionally, enjoy beds of human length, walls which aren't stained, and don't like fighting off mosquitos which constantly get in because the screenless door to the pool area is open for half the day, you may not want to book a single here. The staff consists of genuinely helpful people and if you're lucky enough to get a front room with its miniature balcony, the view is spectacular -- but good luck using the toilet without having one leg in the bidet. However, you do get easy access to the pebble beach area, the cable car is a short stroll away, and you can even walk to and from the train station -- as long as you don't follow walking GPS directions, because they will send you up the life-threatening switchbacks to the main city, then down the World's Most Sadistic Staircase. Two guests may get a better room. Singles should seek a better hotel.

Nice location, poor facilities. Shower very small and in poor condition. Very noisy, couldn’t sleep.

Very helpful and nice staff with 24 hour service. To be in Italy the breakfast buffet was superb with scrambled eggs, bacon. sausage, ham, salami, chess, 4 different types of croissants, cereals, yogurt etc. Good location with fantastic view over Isola Bella island and near restaurants. Room was good with a large balcony. WiFi was also working good Pool area was good with excellent sun beds and umbrellas. The only bad thing was the shower with poor pressure Well spent money

Get a sea side view. The higher up the better. Enjoyed our stay and definitely would go back.

Exellent location, beach is close to the hotel. There is also a pool with nice view and breakfast view is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops near to hotel. Buss stop in front of the hotel and cabel car to Taormina center is near by, 500m... Employys are friendly and helpfull. I could gladly recomment this hotel!

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was a perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach - very convenient.room was nice too, washroom just a little small but the view and location makes up for it. Staff also super friendly and helped us with parking on site rather than paying 70 euros per day!! Thank you
