Hotel was in an okay location to various night markets. Price was cheap and included breakfast as well.

Aisle looks a little old but price is super affordable. Need sime improvement for room cleanliness.

Location is not difficult to find, but the lift is old and too small. Breakfast time is starting to late make a guest couldn't have.

The gym was so new and well equipped and the room was very clean. Breakfast was beyond expectation. Staff was really polite and helpful. The room was decorated. Although the mirror and some equipments are a bit old, they don't bother me. The hotel is only 3 minutes away from the train station. The Thai food stall on the opposite serve authentic yummy fried rice, curry and barbecue. I also saw beers even though we don't drink. Highly recommended to local and foreign travellers.

This one probably the worst hotel I ever stayed. The lobby and building looks fine. But the room is mold all over the wall and air duct. The bathroom wall is cracking and burn mark. The smell is pretty and I have to open the window all night. Hopefully I won’t get sick because the mold.

The location and service is great. This is best hotel near zhongli station. The managers are really helpful too.

Great location behind train station easy to get to if you just need night stay. Restaurants nearby for convenience and free buffet breakfast. They have everything in the room except some budget room is quite old.

The room i booked is standard but the room is too dirty,, I asked the crew to change the room because im not comfortable but he told me i am not allowed to change my room,, then morning i ask another crew he told me that i am able to change my room... the bed have a lot of hair fall,, its dirty...🥲 morning crew is great and they are all approchable...

Excellent location, with many eating places in the vicinity. The buffet breakfast is good, with a decent selection of dishes including healthy options. All in all, it's a good choice for a short stopover.

Good location. Not too far from Zhongli train station. Good hospitality, free flow of various drink at reception area. Good bathroom water pressure, have a good hot bath after a long day of travelling. Good - free laundry service. However, need to rectify the dryer issue, took more than 2 hours to dry up the clothings.

The room I had was renovated and all new inside. Toilet was new, water pressure good and water temperature good. Cooling was ok too, but very annoying that it won't remember your settings so if you go out for just one minute you will need to reset it again when entering the room. Window was ridiculously small, yet lots of noise came in from outside. It was disturbing. Curtain won't cover properly the window so sunlight woke me up at 6AM. They should install proper curtains. There are construction works so it is VERY noisy during daytime. Night time also noisy through window. They should warn in Trip.com about noise before letting you pay. The staff at the reception is untrained, unresponsible, unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and terribly unfriendly. My worst experience in a hotel in Taiwan. They are totally careless towards guests but on top of that they are negligent and rude and have an attitude, as if they've paid you to come to the hotel and you owe them your life. Breakfast is ok, salad is good but the room is underground with no window at all so the atmosphere is terribly dark and sad. They should make the breakfast room in a place with light, not in the underground. Felt like guests are rat to be hidden away. Elevator is EXTREMELY slow. Unless you are coming to this hotel to do a patience training, you'll get cope with long long waiting time with the only elevator they have to serve all floors. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was good but there is a bedbugs. The staff are very accommodating. The best part is the breakfast they have a good food.
