Clean and comfortable. Small room that was fine for us but others with large bags might find it too small. Hot showers with excellent pressure in the shared bathroom on the 5th floor. Free tea, coffee, and bread rolls. Walkable to A18 HSR, MRT, and Gloria Mall.

Excellent choice for passengers having early flight departure from Tauyuan Airport. The shared bathrooms and toilets are clean. There's CCTV everywhere and one feels safe staying here. The most value added service is they provide free airport transfer.

Location just about 10minutes walk from Taoyuan Metro/HSR. 24HRS counter service so able to check in anytime. Although after 2200hrs not much food options: 5minutes walk to Mcdonalds, 8minutes walk to 7-11 There are also amenities such as toothbrush, small towel and disposable slippers for purchase over counter or vending machine. There is also a common area where homemade bread are available as snacks in the night time. The level that I stayed had a water dispenser. Room, i took one person stay, the space was enough to place a open luggage, it was clean and neat. However the only downside is the soundproofing was not very good as i can hear people walking or talking along the corridor area. The bed was abit on the soft side, if that is the factor for your stay.

The airport transfer is the best reason to stay here if you have an early departure. You would need to inform the staff on your proposed departure time and they will arrange the transport that groups together guests departing at the same time. Room is basic but the bed is clean. 2 towels, a packet of tissue and hairdryer are provided. No hangers; just a vertical wall rack to hang your clothes. Room is small but doable if you are a solo stayer. No windows. If you are used to shared bathroom and toilets, it will be fine. The bathrooms and toilets are separated by gender and are in the main corridor near the lifts. Bring along a bag to put your personal toiletries or clothes to the shower cubicles as it will be a walk from your room to the bathroom/toilet. It’s about a 10 min straight walk from the Taoyuan MRT station on the path next to Gloria shopping outlet. You will pass by a Macdonald’s outlet on the way. 2 traffic light junctions to cross before you reach the hostel. It’s a quiet walk at night. It’s more of a hostel than a hotel but it is convenient to get your transfer to the airport.

Offered free drop off service to airport on checkout. McDonald and outlet nearby. Not bad for a night stay

The room price is value for money, close to the airport and convenience to travel to the hotel.

Everything is very good except the sound proof of the room is very bad.

It's not as quiet as you expect it to be. Some AC smells like mold. They used to have free earplugs, but now they don't - that's really bad, considering bad soundproofing. The location is perfect, free night buns are salvation. The hotel is new and good enough. Good single rooms.
