Good stay. Hotel abit old but what I love is that they provide shuttle to airport, very convenient!

The lobby is a bit dated. But service is fast and very friendly . The rooms are renovated in a very modern way, quite pleasant. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment

This is the first time that I encountered with no toiletries on hotel booking and hotel is not willing to provide unless we pay for it.

The front desk is no reliable. During the visit, we were asked for morning call but nothing happened on 6:00am

The flight delayed, I checked in after mid night, they are nice to check me in.  Breakfast was good.

Very convenience many food shop around  and walk around 10 minutes thatbthe food centre and shooping area beside of this hotel has bar

Carpet got stained.  No facility, the pool was closed.

Location of hotel is very near to Taoyuan International Airport, this is my second stay in Taiwan.

Good hotel and helpful staff. I would choose the hotel again

My quarantine stay at Monarch was excellent. Since I was a frequent traveler and had stayed there a few times before, they upgraded me to an executive room for my 8-night stay. I truly enjoyed the many big windows, the great view, and the renovated room with the spacious bathroom. My room number was 1206 and I strongly recommend it. Effective 8/6/22, Monarch changed back to a regular hotel with no options for quarantine stays. My husband and I stayed here in Mid-August for 2 nights with free breakfast delivered to the room. We stayed in room 1402, which was a corner renovated room and not bad, but not nearly as spacious as the previous room. Both rooms had views facing the scenic park and that helped make our stays very satisfying.

I had a recent trip with my 2 little kids and husband from the US to Taiwan.  We stayed there for 5 nights. We had the best experience especially with a Ms Wu who was the assistant manager of the dining service. She was so kind to my little girls, who were not used to a traditional Asian breakfast. She was so generous catering to our kids needs ie having waffles set aside for my kids. She was also so nice and pleasant that our family always looked out for her.   Since our extended family lives very close to the Monarch, we plan on staying there again. We had such a lovely experience especially with Ms Wu.  Irene and Family from New York City

The hotel is lovely and was near the wedding location were we needed to be. Staff was always helpful and spoke good English. Room was nice.   We had booked breakfast with this hotel and they really went all out for my mom. Despite her many food allergies and being gluten free, ever morning she got a full plate of food. She received rice, shrimps, vegetables etc. every single morning, like a true Asian breakfast.   They also held our luggage on our last day so we could still sight see before having to go to the airport.
