Super hôtel, très propre, chambre très spacieuse avec coin cosy, restaurant avec énormément de choix (à part les desserts) 2 belles piscines dont une chauffée . Salle de sport et SPA avec des soins pas trop chers. Personnel très aimable et sympathique. Il faut louer une voiture au moins 2 jours pour faire l’île du nord au sud.

Lovely 10 days at the R2 . We found the hotel- rooms - lobby and pool areas immaculately kept and there are lots of hard working “ happy “ staff Manuel ( restaurant) lifeguard sorry didn’t get her name and our lovely room maid and all the reception team thank you all soo much. Sadly “Rosalina” @ the reception bar was completely the opposite she was rude- miserable and should NOT be put in a customer fronting position . If you sat at the bar and tipped her she would happily serve you and ignore everybody else or just be rude . It didn’t spoil our holiday though and annoying as it was using that bar all the rest of the staff couldn’t be more helpful or happy . Well done to the manager we had a great time and were impressed with your hotel and cleanliness and staff attitude with the exception of “ Rosalina” .

Je termine mon séjour , hotel très propre , chambre spacieuse. Côté piscine , celle où nous étions tout les jours était chauffée , très agréable pour s'y baigner , en plus pas de problème pour avoir un transat.. Je rejoins certains avis , pour les boissons c'est du chimique , pas agréable à boire. Pour le buffet côté crudités il y avait du choix mais pour les plats chauds c'était pas toujours le cas . Assez répétitif. Un hôtel calme , bon accueil et très agréable , ainsi que les femmes de ménage. J'ai passé un bon séjour.

We stayed here last year sept/Oct and we absolutely loved the hotel and the staff. We got there very late due to our flight being delayed and they offered us food and a drink. Our room was great, really large balcony with stunning sea views. We had sun loungers on the balcony as well as a table and chairs, was just stunning sitting there with the sound of the sea. The food was great, lots of choices and was really nice to sit outside with our food. People have complained about the drinks, we had no problems with them.. the cocktails on the all inclusive are made up in a machine at the pool bar but if you wanted you can buy other cocktails. They had tropical lager which happens to be a favourite of mine! We had no problems getting sun loungers at both pools, one pool is really quiet the other has entertainment. Evening entertainment was good, we really enjoyed the night with the DJ on he was lots of fun and good music. The area by the hotel is Very quite which is what we wanted, a few lovely places to eat and a few shops plus a really good spar. If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place, if you want lots of busy bars close by this is not the place for you. We loved it so much we are going back this November and can't wait.

We stayed for 10 nights all inclusive. The room was superb, we had a junior suite and got lucky as it was perfect with a jacuzzi bath, large bedroom, large living area and very big balcony! The hotel itself was ok. Certain parts could do with attention. The gym equipment was of poor quality. The swimming pool area nearest to the hotel was treacherous! Wooden lats loose and protruding. Halfway through our holiday we awoke to the area being ripped up and the pool area closed! Luckily there was a second pool, but obviously was then over subscribed. The food was ok, wasn’t great, but ok. The nightclub area was really good, but bizarrely the seating was miles away from the dance floor, big area with nothing in it, then the dance floor, then the stage! But, a really good area but needs utilising better for a a better atmosphere. Would I return? Yes. The room made the holiday, had we not had that then it would have not been as enjoyable, and of course the pool won’t be getting ripped up again anytime soon. The area around the hotel is, erm, well there is literally nothing there apart from a local supermarket.

Alors l hôtel est très propre et le personnel très gentil,les 2 piscine s sont belles. Le all inclusive niveau boisson est très limité quelques malheureux cocktails et pour la plupart fait par un distributeur et en plus pas bon. Les repas sont moyens surtout les plats chauds les entrées ça va . La plage est très moche et inaccessible car il y a que des rochers et de la vase,il faut aller à 800m sur la droite pour trouver une belle plage sans rocher ni vase. Les couteaux aux repas ne coupent pas c est une catastrophe. L animation est essentiellement anglophone ....Alex n est pratiquement pas visible si ce n est quand de nouveaux touristes arrivent pour leur faire découvrir l hôtel. A Tarajalejo il ni a rien à faire 2 à 3 petits restos mais sinon c est mort. Les chambres sont grandes spacieuses et propres il y a tout. J ai quand même passé une belle semaine et pu visiter l île. J ai loué une.voiture chez AVIS qui à un point d accueil dans l hôtel super voiture. Il y a aussi la possibilité de louer une voiture à l accueil de l hôtel mais chez moi ça a foiré donc j ai pris AVIS qui est un peu plus cher mais aucun problème.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, I knew we were in for a wonderful time, the reception staff greeted us with warmth and friendly manner! As it was late into the evening they had prepared a late supper for us! Our room 504 was absolutely outstanding beautiful suite this made our holiday! It was cleaned everyday and we even had our own sun loungers, gowns and jacuzzi bath! We are both vegetarian, the food was wonderful, with many healthy options for us! The gym area and Spa is well worth a visit the Pilates and yoga classes were amazing with a sea view at all times so relaxing! The hotel is on the beach front, if you enjoy a run then you are in for a treat because the trails either end of the beach are so much fun and breathtakingly beautiful! Relaxing by the pool was easy plenty of loungers, nice chilled music! Or you can have silence at the other pool. The gardens are so well kept you can tell they work very hard to maintain them. The fishing village is small and secluded so if you’re looking for a party spot this isn’t it! If you want a wellness break and to escape from it all, this is prefect! The hotel was spotless! Looking forward to our next visit x

Decent location, we had club rooms so our 20s kids had access to the best clubs on the island for free. We found the food to be good but not noteworthy, but no complaints. Staff were a mixture of exceptional to mediocre. You can tell who wants to be THERE and who don't. Will definitely visit again .
