Im just going to start with a wow, amazing beautiful huge room, Huge bathroom and its walking distanve ro everything, shopping, food,desssert. The front desk dtsff were suepr helpfull and friendly

We have been this October long weekend in Aveiro and they told us that we had to have dinner at this restaurant. And we really loved it!!! The waiters were very attentive and efficient and recommended creamy rice and two varieties of Bacalado with a different glass of wine for each choice...a success!!!! And then the desserts left us speechless!!! Unbeatable quality-price!!! I definitely recommend it.

We only were spending one night before taking the train north the next day. Reviews were good so we gave it a try. Exceeded all expectations as to comfort. Very modern small hotel with access off the main pedestrian walkway. We got a suite with two full rooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable bed and all the amenities. Restaurant wasn’t open so breakfast was served to us in our room. Not used to such extravgence. One thing, if you get a room on the mall side it can have a bit of noise, but with the windows closed it’s a dull roar. I was so tired it didn’t phase me, but the locals are a bit noisy on a Sunday night.

Hotellet var nydelig og har høy standard. Beliggenhet er midt i gågaten med flere butikker i nærheten. Mye lyd utenfra på kvelden, men med terrassedørene lukket var det helt stille. Høflige ansatte, ikke alle kunne så godt engelsk, men vi fikk det til med Google translate. Frokosten var noe kjip/kjedelig. Restauranten og baren har enda ikke åpnet etter korona, det kan ha noe med litt dårlig frokosttilbud.

I went to the place after having contacted the aforementioned over and over again by telephone to find out if it was possible to book the bar for a private event on my birthday, after several unanswered calls I introduce myself to my boyfriend to make a quote. At first we are welcomed into the structure by the receptionist who initially listened to our request and then replied telling us that he would contact the owner to ask if it was possible to fulfill our request, pointing out that they no longer open every evening but just for private parties. After this first moment he asks what I would have liked to do so if it was just a "welcome" cocktail or to make a proper and real aperitif or an aperitif, first arguing that he did not know precisely the prices of the bar and then conclude by asking for the Aperol Spritz option + snacks € 30 / € 40 per person. Finally, he dismisses us saying that he would have contacted the owner to ask for permission and that they would have contacted us as soon as possible. I waited more than a few days to then get a negative response to my request. Beyond the denied request for the requested event and the exaggeratedly high prices, I find the receptionist's behavior not at all welcoming and at times rude in dealing with potential customers in bad taste.
