Excelente servicio. Altamente recomendado. El restaurante tiene muy buena atención. El personal es muy atento. La visita a Lago Lindo es espectacular. Para llegar a la zona se puede hacer en una caminata de aproximadamente una hora por medio de la selva, es algo fascinante. El nadar en el lago es una experiencia inolvidable.

El lugar es paradisiaco, cómodo, se puede descansar muy bien. Instalaciones en muy buen estado y todas las comodidades. La piscina es fabulosa, uno puede tomar sus tragos dentro de ella y disfrutarla hasta en la noche, el calor es muy fuerte

Lovely experience !! We have been 4 days , every single day was unique and special . Lovely and polite staff , 5 stars for all of them at Tarapoto Resort . Clean room, lovely food, beautiful hotel tours and the bar at the pool is wonderful!!! Will definitely come back and this time will stay also at Lago Lindo which is as lovely as Puerto Palmeras Hotel !! The only feedback would be to improve the communication with reservation’s team. Looks like they are very busy , they didn’t reply back all questions I had.

A very nice hotel, with beautiful landscapes and a clean heated pool, the service is first class, all the workers are very attentive and helpful 1000 points for them, and the food is very delicious, the tour to Lago Lindo that is only offered by the hotel is a unique experience, worth doing, I promise to return.
