Mantiene su calidad a pesar del cambio de operador Hotel con mucha historia a cuestas , en esta oportunidad reservamos la suite para 5 personas excelente distribución, el sofá cama bueno y el tener dos baños completos hace que sea muy placentera la estancia La atención en counter y de todo su personal muy buena, todos saludan y están atentos a cualquier requerimiento El desayuno buffet muy bueno a pesar, en alta ocupación las mesas disponibles resultan insuficientes, pero las mesas calientes, pan, quesos, frutas de estación, jugos y huevos a pedido son muy buenos La habitación muy cómoda, la ropa de cama y toallas impecables, la limpieza y mantenimiento excelentes El from desk muy ágil, entregan los detalles de los consumos en tiempo y forma

Not worth $130 USD
Shower was not that clean. Water pressure on the shower head was very weak. No wifi signal in room. Had to go to corner of balcony to get signal. Asked to change rooms but the only other room smelled like smoke.

En lille oase i Tarapoto
En lille oase i Tarapoto er bedste beskrivelse af Tucan. God service, mini lejlighed med lille køkken og lækker balkon med udsigt over poolområdet og til gaden. Dejligt hvis man ikke vil være midt i det hele.
Hotellet er en smule udenfor centrum, så ikke meget støj fra trafikken.
Flot indrettet og fint poolområde med liggestole og borde/stole hvis det er hvad man ønsker.
Restauranten var rigtig god og med et fint udvalg og gode portionsstørrelser.
Morgenmaden var fin, selvom om der var lidt pres på pladsen.
Bestemt et sted vi vil benytte en anden gang.

I enjoyed my stay due to my large room with good a/c, a large bathroom with plentiful hot water, and a restaurant that provided numerous delicious options. I particularly appreciated the helpful, friendly, and efficient service I received from Eban at the restaurant. The hotel is a bit of a ways from the airport, but the Mototaxi ride was only 10 Soles for a 15 minute ride. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at the Tucan Suites Aparthotel.

Tucan suites fue una buena experiencia lindas habitaciones super limpias con todo lo que nescesitas, una piscina disponible dia y noche y lo mejor siempre limpia, los trabajodores de hotel muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte! Tambien tienen transportacion gratuita al aeropuerto y el restaurant tiene un menu variado y muy bueno, en Peru siempre se come rico y Tucan suites no es la exepcion! Lo recomiendo mil un pequeño hotel con todas las comodidades , de la selva su tucan suites

3.5 = Hotel Superior. Recomendable Buen servicio, buenas instalaciones y comida muy rica con buena oferta de productos de la zona. La habitación bastante amplia y muy bien equipada, con aire acondicionado que es muy necesario por el calor. En mi escala de si volvería a este Hotel = Definitivamente volvería, no buscaría otra alternativa. Mi escala de evaluación para hoteles es: 5 = Hoteles únicos, verdaderamente los mejores del mundo. 4.5 = Hoteles Extraordinarios, experiencias inolvidables. 4 = Hoteles Excelentes, muy recomendables 3.5 = Hoteles Superiores, recomendables. 3 = Hoteles por encima del promedio y buena relación calidad precio. 2.5 = Hoteles aceptables y promedio. 2 = Hoteles normales, por debajo del promedio. 1.5 = Hoteles Malos. 1 = Inaceptables. Mi escala para evaluar si volvería a este hotel es: Definitivamente volvería, no buscaría otra alternativa. Si volvería pero podría evaluar otro hotel. Pensaría mucho antes de volver a hospedarme aquí. Definitivamente no volvería.
