Choisi pour une étape à Tarbes, nous avons été ravi par cet établissement, très pratique, et d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. La parking privé, sécurisé est gratuit. L'accueil à la réception a été très efficace et courtois. Les chambres, bien que pas très grandes, sont modernes, bien agencées et équipées, très propres, et dôtées d'une literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner s'est révélé copieux et de bonne qualité. L'établissement ne propose de diner, mais se situe à toute proximité, à pied, dans la même rue, de plusieurs restaurants.

En janvier 2017 : Nous sommes venu en couple à Tarbes pour le réveillon de fin d'année. Nous avons choisi le Nexhotel pour son excellent rapport qualité/prix. Arrivé sur place, nous pouvons garer notre voiture dans un parking sécurisé, gratuitement. La chambre est confortable, la douche est spacieuse, les toilettes separés offrent plus d'intimité ! Nous avons eu une chambre côté voix ferrée, mais nous n'avons pas été dérangé par les trains, la chambre est bien isolée. La literie est ferme et confortable. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur place, sous forme de buffet à volonté comprenant un grand choix de produits que ce soit salé ou sucré. Finalement, nous avons été extrêmement satisfait de cet hôtel autant par son standing que par l'accueil du personnel.

Buen hotel. Bien insonorizado cosa muy importante porque esta junto a la via del tren y a una zona de marcha. El desayuno bufet bastante bien. Tiene parking privado gratuito para clientes, aunque en general se aprca muy bien. 10 minutos andando al centro pero si no quieres moverte en el centro comercial de al lado tienes de todo. Restaurantes, dicotecas y demas.

Très bien logé mais vraiment déçu en partant le matin à 5h45 car la veille on me dit que je pourrai au moins prendre un café qui m’a été refusé ou alors payé. Le taxi arrivant je n’avais pas le temps et la mise en place était en cours . Bref, pas cool si l’hôtel en est à un expresso !! Ou est ce le zèle du matin?

Personnel super, hotel moderne très propre. Parking sécurisé gratuit. Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Service de ménage qui passe tout les jours remettre des serviettes propre et autres si besoin. Je recommande !

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel et c'est toujours un plaisir. L'accueil y est excellent avec du personnel extrêmement gentil et prévenant. Les chambres sont très propres et d'un calme, c'est très agréable. L'emplacement est idéal à côté des restaurants et un parking gratuit pour se stationner

We booked hotel for more then 2 months! And bcz of receptionist’s not professional work we had to leave it for one day to an other hotel, but it’s ok, when we back instead to fix her previous fault and prepare our room little bit early ( for one hour early) she said we had to wait at least 2,5 hours. Not polite! Didn’t propose water/coffee/tea! Didn’t say sorry, nothing! Poor breakfasts not included to the cost of hotel and nobody mentioned it till the time we had to pay. Not good service and attitude to customers.

Hôtel récent tout confort et très bien insonorisé. Chambres confortables et de bonne taille. Toilettes séparées. Salle de douche moderne. Petit-déjeuner complet. Le personnel très aimable se plie en 4 pour répondre aux demandes des clients.
