IT WAS PATHETHTIC THAT THE HOTEL HANDED OVER THE INVOICE TO THE CLIENT WITH THE AMOUNT PAID TO THE HOTEL AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO HANDLE THE CLIENT EXPLAINING WHY WAS THE CLIENT＜. PLEASE CHECK WHY DID THE HOTEL HAND OVER THE INVOICE TO THE CLIENT

Very good hotel, rooms are spacious, but wardrobe closet is less than adequate. There is bathtube in every room which is a pleasant. The pool is great. Breakfast is ok, but the egg corner is only serving omellete. Location is great, you can find numerous good restaurants within 5 minutes ride

Wij verbleven maar één dag in dit hotel. En gebruikten er zowel lunch, diner als ontbijt. Hartelijke ontvangst in dit hotel dat naar ik schat rond 1985 is gebouwd. In het hoofdgebouw gewone gastenkamers (waarvan wij één gebruikten). Ruime kamer met goed bed, bureau en balcon. Zoals in vrijwel alle hotels die wij deze vakantie bezochten kan de badkamer wel een ontkalkingsbeurt gebruiken. Douchen in bad .. voor ons geen probleem maar toch vervelend voor (nog) oudere gasten. Groot zwembad aanwezig, mogelijkheid voor massage e.d.. Goede kneedbeurt voor weinig geld, vertelde mijn partner. Bij het hotel villa's, in twee rijen langs een mooi kanaal. Zien er goed uit. Lunch en diner oké, wel kleine kaart. Ontbijt nog uitbundiger dan in onze voorgaande hotels ... lang buffet met allerlei warme indonesische gerechten en ook nog warme pasta's e.d.. West-Europees ontbijt wat karig ... veel zoetigheid. Enfin. Even slikken wat koffie betreft .. of liever gezegd .. niet slikken. Men biedt alleen arabische koffie .. dus gemalen koffie in kop, warm water erop .. voorzichtig drinken om drab te vermijden. Bah, wat een tegenvaller, dit kan toch niet! Positief eindigen .. het hotel ligt in een mooi dal, aan alle kanten omgeven door hoge bergen, waaronder twee vulkanen die nog de status actief hebben. Vanuit de halfopen eetzaal een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving.
