Unfortunately I couldn't stay overnight here because the hotel didn't let us change the date as a gesture of goodwill. The booking site Trip.com would have allowed it if the hotel had agreed. 100 euros thrown out the window!

El primer día nos tumbamos para hacer la siesta y cuando estábamos dormidos entro un señor a nuestra habitación, no sé quién se asustó más si el señor o nosotros, nos habían dado la misma habitación a dos personas diferentes, cuando baje a recepción me dijeron que lo sentían que había sido un fallo y que lo único que podían hacer es invitarnos a una cerveza, por supuesto no nos la tomamos, Los dos días que dormimos antes de meternos en la cama nos la tuvimos que hacer nosotros, se limitaban a poner muy bien la cubierta, pero la sábana de debajo ni siquiera la estiraron, ya no digo levantar toda la cama, pero un estironcito para quitar las arrugas, la verdad que da muy mala impresión. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, el personal bastante majo aunque poco resolutivo.

A very central hotel, it's located just 2 minutes away from Balcó del Mediterrani, 10 minutes away from the Roman Amphitheatre and 15 minutes away from the Cathedral. The rooms are spacious, modern, quiet, well-equipped, very clean and have balconies. The en-suite bathrooms are very clean too. The hotel offers a good breakfast-buffet with a couple of hot options, plus tortilla de patatas (there's a microwave to heat it up). The dining room is just beside the nice swimming pool, which is open from May to October. I would be glad to stay here again.
