В целом все отлично: расположение, чистота и главное, очень старающийся персонал. Минус, пожалуй, только один - это переделанная советская гостиница, с маленькими некомфортными лифтами, стандартно-советской планировкой и т.п.

Excellent hotel in the center of Tashkent. Good location. A few minutes walk to the metro station. You can also order a taxi, which is not expensive at all. Many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfasts. I can’t say that you will find a huge variety of dishes there, but you won’t leave hungry. Clean and comfortable rooms with small balconies. Small pool on the groud floor. A good bed for relaxing and sleeping. Friendly and helpful staff in the lobby and at the reception. Yes, the prices for accommodation are not cheap and are comparable to European ones, but overall, it made a good impression on me.

I stayed 3 nights in the hotel at the beginning of my 14 day trip in Uzbekistan. I got a quiet room on the 3th floor which was big and very clean. The choice at breakfast was amazing. All staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel is not far from two metro stations and in an excellent location to have a wander in the surrounding parks. Maybe one tip to enhance your guests holiday experience: offer a bit more vegetarian dishes in the à la carte restaurants.

Excellent service, friendly people, great rooms, good breakfast, convenient location, nice swimming pool, flexible reservation, super quick check in and out. Have been a regular guest for several years now, and would recommend this hotel.
