Requested the hotel for airport transfer as my flight was to arrive in Tashkent at 1:00 AM. They arranged the transfer and kept in touch with me throughout. The car was there by the time I walked out of the airport. The service was excellent, good clean room and excellent breakfast. I had to leave for Samarkand for a few days. Once again my request to keep my luggage with them until I returned to Tashkent was met without any issues. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located near the main street, new bed & room, nice front desk, helped me to find things, pharmacy, they were good guy, and lady, friendly english speaking staff of the hotel.

The service is average, but the hotel room is quiet, clean and sanitary. It was said that there was a translation recommendation before, but it was average.

Many Chinese people stay in this hotel. The hotel staff are very good.

The female front desk was unfriendly because the room was being cleaned. She asked the front desk if there was a restroom. She said no, and then she accidentally discovered that it was not far from the front desk. I asked the front desk to get a bottle of mineral water, and the front desk said I needed to go to the coffee bar to buy it. The room is very small and the sanitation is not cleaned. The city center of Tashkent is not big and there are many hotels in the same price range to choose from.

Despite facing language barriers or challenges in communication, they handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring that we received the services we needed without any hitch. the prices were more than reasonable, making it a win-win situation for us as customers. We left feeling satisfied and content with the excellent value we received for our money. Additionally, the location is conveniently accessible. Finding it was a breeze, and it spared us the stress of getting lost in an unfamiliar area. Moreover, the added convenience of a nearby convenient store proved to be a cherry on top, making it easy for us to grab any necessities we required during our visit.

The room is quiet, there is no noise from the street. The hotel has a spa and hammam. For hotel guests 1 hour is free, but you must make an appointment the day before. If the session is more than an hour, then the additional payment is approximately $15 (spa salon). A bar with drinks and snacks is open 24 hours a day. The hotel website and other sources indicate that there is a restaurant. Yes, there is, but don't expect that you can go there and order lunch or dinner. This is not the case. Only breakfast and nothing more. Breakfast - from 7:00 to 10:00, buffet. But at 7 o'clock they are just starting to serve, so there is no point in coming at this time. Neither the coffee machine works nor there is anything hot. Not only is the food barely warm the entire time. For breakfast there are 2 types of milk porridges. But they are always very sweet and, I repeat, almost cold. During our week at the hotel, the food was never hot. The assortment is sufficient to fill you up. Various nuts, dried fruits, cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, 2 types of cereals, pilaf, stewed vegetables, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, several types of sausages, cheeses, olives, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, pickled mushrooms, fruits (2 types of grapes, melon , watermelon, bananas, 3 varieties of apples), coffee from a coffee machine to choose from, tea. Lots of different baked goods. But the pita bread was never fresh. Cleaning was not done every day, but it was. Towels were changed frequently. Shampoo and shower gel were replenished (small disposable bottles). The cleaning was poor; even when we moved in, there were long hairs lying on the floor in the toilet. Toilet with bidet function. The air conditioning worked properly, but for some reason it was not regulated. We turned it off completely. Overall: It's okay to stay, but don't expect much. For the money we paid, you could find better.
