The hotel was clean and staff were friendly

Honestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. There’s also a local fastfood Evos beside the hotel and also a convenience store across the road. Overall, I am satisfied during my 4-day stay.

Check in staff was a bit rude and couldn't quite comprehend English. The free spa voucher could only be used in the sauna. There is no lunch served in the restaurant and the staff were confused too. Good slippers provided. Located in a non tourist part of Tashkent near the airport

The room is spacious, the bed and bedding are of high quality, and the decoration style is very similar to European and American budget hotels. It's just that the surrounding area is a little more remote and there are fewer restaurants and shops.

Very cool! The front desk staff are very helpful. Helped me order takeout and helped me deal with my luggage for the flight. They also let me stay for two more hours for free. It was a conscientious hotel! ! ♥️

The hotel is quite new and close to the airport, but the breakfast variety is not very wide. Overall it is recommended.

We had to take a taxi three times to get us to another hotel. Fortunately, this big hotel probably encountered this situation many times. We had to take a taxi again to get back to the hotel. Please fix the enquiry card as soon as possible. The wrong information made us waste time and money three times.
