Interesting location, large room, buffet breakfast, everything corresponds to the price-quality ratio.

It is not recommended to go in summer, the air conditioning is too poor and there are a lot of flies in the breakfast restaurant

This hotel is very good, clean and hygienic, the service staff speaks fluent English and communication is relatively easy.

Good hotel. The only bad thing is that there is no restaurant or bar. The TV didn’t work at all (the TV still costs 90). Overall the service is good. Water, cleanliness in the rooms, there is a park nearby for a walk. In the evening, if you want to eat, you just need to do delivery)))

Located in a park surrounded by greenery, you will be healed. The room is small and old. The shower head was broken so I couldn't take a proper shower. The shower curtain and tiles were discolored and unpleasant. Amenities are minimal. Hot water came out and there was no problem with drainage. The toilet was also comfortable. They didn't clean the room. I can live with it to some extent if it's a cheap hotel, but this hotel's pricing is on the high side. I felt that the price of the hotel did not match the quality of the room.

Big deluxe room; out dated furniture, carpet with dirty stains, broken sofa bed, furniture is so old it looks *******. To the point we slept in one room. This was for me, my wife and 13 year old son. We arrived at 4am. No bed for my son; sofa bed broken no bed lining or blanket. The night shift staff promised to fix in morning. My son slept on the floor with one blanket on floor and one blanket for him. In the morning I reminded the owner Ammir and he said he would resolve. Came back requested Aziz again. After 4 calls still nothing. Then I went downstairs and demanded this and with 10mins a mattress was bought to the room. Aircon - not working as it’s winter season so only fan. So room is uncomfortably warm. Breakfast Really rubbish selection and quality of food. The staff was rude and didn’t speak a word of English and even with sign language he was NO No. Staff Try their best hence the extra 2nd Star. Idris(?) and Aziz did try their best. Wi-Fi in room connects and then disconnects. Rubbish Wi-Fi Hotel pickup from Airport I pre booked and paid $20 as I was landing at 3am. But spoke to other guests and they paid $10. I wanted a tour guide with a car price started at $100, negotiated to $50 which was worth it for 4 hours. (Thanks to Aziz) Location Rubbish. Have to get a taxi nearby. Overall I had two separate booking. After my first 2 nights. I cancelled my 2nd booking for my return. Seriously avoid. My fault as it was a last minute booking; I should have researched. Do not book this hotel. I did it thinking quick short stay cant be bad; but it was bad. I have travelled the world and stayed in 100s of hotels. This is the worst one. One star rating; 2nd star for staff.

I stayed during my transit and found the place excellent with all amenities, breakfast spread is good and WiFi is fast. The staff at reception are helpful but many don't speak english. Hotel is located a bit away from central part of city and there are no eateries or shops nearby. As there is no facility for lunch and dinner, I faced some difficulty. I returned to same hotel after few days on my way to other destination and despite my informing the desk in advance, room not reserved for me. Finally english speaking manager helped me, this must have happened as the lady at the reception didn't record my request. Over all, the hotel is good for a short stay.

The hotel is in the European part of the city. The double room is cozy and spacious; clean, but not without flaws (found someone else's hair in the bathroom). Yes, there is a whole bath instead of a shower in the room! The staff are friendly. The Wi-Fi signal was weak in our room.

Very disappointing! No room equipped with a small refrigerator while the outside temperatures are around 40-45 degrees. Dirty armchairs, torn bed edge, holey curtains... Breakfast always the same, sweaty butter and cheese because not kept cool... It is perhaps not by chance that they tried to remove the Tripadvisor sticker on the front door! But the reception staff is very dedicated and very friendly, the restaurant staff too.

Economical place, close to the center but it takes time to walk. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is normal but don't have expectations. You can stay without any problems. The room view is open. The lobbies are comfortable and the drinks are affordable.

Simply terrible. Staff not very friendly. Room was dirty, bed sagging, furniture dilapidated, breakfast in line with the rest. Not even in a good location. Chosen by the tour operator. I would not recommend it.

Situated away from the noisy avenue, but still in the centre. We had a large room with two sinks in the bathroom, a bathtub and a bidet. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the 8th floor is on the Ferris wheel in Anchor Park, beautiful lighting at night. The only thing is that the breakfast is a bit meager, but you can eat your fill! For us, the important thing was that we are single, and this hotel accommodated us without any problems.

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, mein Zimmer war recht groß und ganz ordentlich und sauber. Die Betten sind hart, aber das ist in Usbekistan fast in allen Hotels so. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten zum Amir Timur Platz, zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Chorsu Basar und Hasrati Imam Komplex mit mehreren Medressen sind es zu Fuß gut 3km.

Дата поездки 01.05.-09.05.2023. В связи с поздним прилётом заселение в отель было ночью. Заселили без проблем. Оплата днём в местной валюте. Номер встретил отсутствием горячей воды в всего 2 полотенцами из 4 положенных. В номере отсутствовал чайник (потом выдали) и самое важное - холодильник (хотя в описании он есть, так же есть ниша в номере для него). Администратор предложил воспользоваться холодильником бара в холле, но через 2 дня попросили воду и фрукты оттуда убрать и перенести в холодильник кухни. (из которого благополучно через сутки исчезла бутылка воды,) Единственное что радовало - отличная локация отеля (почти центр) доступность до метро, общественного транспорта и тишина, постоянный и хороший WiFi. Плохо: 1. Номера да и сама гостиница действительно очень "уставшие", требуют вложения денежных средств. (кресла обивка грязная, бра и торшер - нужно чистить) 2. Отсутствие холодильника, чайника в номере. 3. Из заявленных 36 каналов работало 8. 4. Кондиционер с работой не справлялся. (и это ещё не было жары). 5. Круглосуточного кофе (чая) из заявленного тоже не было. Кофе машина работает только в ресторане с 7.00. до 10.00. В остальном пакетированный чай и растворимый кофе (который нужно было постоянно спрашивать у официанта) Советы по выбору номера - лучше выбирать номера на 7-9 этажах (видовые) в районе лифта (установлен роутер именно там и сигнал будет уверенный и стабильный).
