Clean & neat

The room is clean and hygienic, the front desk is warm and polite, the breakfast is rich and has local characteristics, the hotel is conveniently located, suitable for business trips, and you can take a walk near Timur Square

An old hotel in the city center, convenient to everywhere. The service is very warm. Friendliness is the label of this hotel and this country.

The facilities are very good, the house is a bit old, but it's not bad to live in. It's just that the internet is too bad, which is a common problem in Uzbekistan!

The windows are large fixed glass, so there is no ventilation and it is stuffy.

The hotel facilities need to be improved. The door chain is broken. It took a long time to communicate before changing the room. The door chain of the changed room was also broken. The hotel felt ashamed and quickly asked the maintenance staff to repair it. It took about 40 minutes from the request to change the room to the completion of the chain repair. When taking a shower at night, I found that the shower head was splashing everywhere when using it, and it was uncomfortable to take a shower. The highlight is the buffet breakfast service. The restaurant is small and starts at 7 am, but bread and milk are served 15 minutes after the meal. Many guests are walking around with empty plates waiting. The location is also worthy of praise. It is located in the city center and the external environment is prosperous and beautiful.

The guys at the front desk are very helpful and friendly! I had a problem with swiping my card, and they took the initiative to help solve it! Colleagues also kept giving advice due to reservation system issues, so we avoided spending extra money!

The staff was not very friendly and the room was not nice. Specifically, when I arrived at the first room I was shown to, the door was already open and there were signs that someone had used the toilet, which made me feel uncomfortable, so I asked for a change, but was given a room with a worse view. The lock for that room was also broken, and I had to ask it to be repaired as it was so flimsy that it would come off with just a little tug. The taxi I had ordered at check-out was not arranged and I was not satisfied with the attitude.

The hotel is in a good location, near the Hyatt Regency, not far from Independence Square and Timur Square. There is a pedestrian street nearby where there are paintings sellers, various snack bars and restaurants during the day. The hotel breakfast is good. When leaving the hotel, the guy at the front desk helped us call a car to the airport. Overall, not bad.
