It was a new and clean hotel. The location was not that far from the city center. Most of the time we used taxis. I liked this hotel .

Only the beds are not comfortable need to change new one

Nice hotel with a reasonable quality/price ratio.

The room is average, nothing special. It's on a high floor and very quiet. The hotel is close to the airport. Breakfast is served in a chic little courtyard, one portion per person, and it's hearty.

Overall a good hotel for one or two nights, but could be better. The hotel is a little away from the main road, but given the cheapness and prevalence of taxis in Uzbekistan, this is not a problem. Everything is clean, fresh, the room is too small, but the problem is different. Our reservation included breakfast, but damn it, we didn’t want to have breakfast there. Stale, stale products. In the end, we only ate a piece of bread with a cold scrambled egg from one egg. Even the fruit looked like it had been cut a day ago. There was no coffee, that's a problem. It seems to me that a simple, minimal, but good and appetizing breakfast is something that, in principle, is not so difficult to organize, and the Orion Hotel categorically failed to do so. And also, please provide normal lighting in the bathroom so that you can shave without straining your eyesight. I hope the hotel will regard this criticism as a point of growth and development of its service for guests.

The staff is very friendly and the location is quiet in the city, close to the park, very suitable for business travel

The hotel is very new and feels like it is located in a local community. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the subway station and half an hour to walk to Timur Square.

The room is small and the facilities are average. The breakfast is OK. The service is good.

It's an old hotel. There are supermarkets nearby. There are many bus lines that can go to Sailan Bus Terminal and Railway Station 2.

The breakfast is good, but the room is a bit smaller than in China

Although our room was on the third floor, they helped us carry our suitcases and gave us tips about nearby restaurants. I think the response is generally good. The room itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities such as shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, towels, disposable slippers, refrigerator, and hair dryer. There was free water in the hallway, but not in the room, but there is a supermarket about a 20 minute walk away, and you can buy it at the hotel. However, I was a little concerned that there was some dirt left on the glasses.

The subway station is a short walk away. The boss speaks very good English.
