The hotel is old and not a 5-star. The room I got, needs urgently an update. The view was depressing and I could hear early in the morning the garbage disposal. The fitness room was quite okay.

The hotel's prime location in the city center, surrounded by restaurants, bazaars, and the subway, made for a pleasant stay for my contented guests. They appreciated the comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff.

This hotel is very clean and safety. And staffs were very nice and kindly.

The lobby is not so good, but everything else is fine. It is close to Timur Square in the city center. The view from the upper floors is good, but I pulled down the mouse when I left.

The room is not big in general and the facilities are not brand new, but the bathroom is spacious and well-planned, which is worthy of praise. The service of the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the cafe on the first floor is also good.

A highly recommended hotel. Not only is it convenient to exchange currency, but the most surprising thing is that there is a newly built Grand Bazaar next to it. Don't be fooled by social media and go to the old bazaar...it's so run-down. This new one will definitely meet all your needs.

The room is spacious, well-equipped, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, the spa and swimming pool are of good quality, and there is also a wave bath. Overall, it is a very good experience. Thank you!

The hotel is near the city center. It is relatively convenient to travel. The price/performance ratio is good. It is clean and tidy inside. There is not a lot of food for breakfast. Overall, it is okay and the service is average.
