It was four fantastic days at the Hilton Tashkent city in the middle of the silk road mixed very carefully between the traditional hospitality of Silk Road in the modern Hotel very warm welcome team the breakfast choice was incredible I would never try all of it in one week very fresh delicious food bit slow service but great experience the room and the view I stayed in my room half day very relaxing watching the park and the mixture of the city history very clean room you can have all the time the fresh free fruit at the lobby then they add candy on big round table I really Enjoyed my stay reception team so nice. Thanks to the GM as well

How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

Ok breakfast. Helpful staff but make sure you know your currency Exchange and what you Get back after paying for hotel from them. We got way less Money but we dint know before we left the hotel so could not do anything. We stayed there 2 different nights, first night room was with backyard view, but 2nd night was with street view which had very good natural light in bathroom too. Bed was hard. They let us check in 5 hours earlier than check in time for our second stay which was very Sweet of them. A 24/7 restaurant is just 2 minutes walk away. Wifi speed was ok too. Free bottle water. ATM machine in the hotel. Ac works good. Staff helped us to take baggage to the room. We did not use pool because of time shortage

I stayed for a little over a week and was very happy with the experience. The nicest, most helpful staff ever. Everyone speaks Uzbek, Russian, English. Great breakfast, with a variety of fruits and berries, local sweets, as well as salads, fresh local dairy, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses. Quick laundry service. The clothes were brought back clean within hours when turned in by 11 am. The hotel is located next to Amir Temur Square and a Bazaar, as well as within the walking distance from The Great Prince Romanov Palace. A block away from the hotel is a very nice coffee shop called Beans and Brews. Great food, great coffee. There's also a KFC right next door. One little wrinkle is that when you order a cab via local app Yandex Taxi, the drivers don't always know they should come to the hotel entrance; they tend to stop at a KFC or across the street. It's useful to message them separately about where you need to be picked up.

The environment is very good, the hygiene is very good, the breakfast is rich, the boss is a serious person, he carefully understands the feedback of every guest, the business of staying in the hotel is booming, I will recommend it to colleagues and friends

Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.

I really liked the hotel! Furniture, plumbing - everything is new. Purely. The reception always helped with all questions! The only thing is that it is a little noisy at night, the windows overlook the road. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay at this hotel, I’ll be happy to come again)

Современный, чистый и уютный отель в центре Ташкента, приветливый персонал, удобная парковка. На 12 этаже находится отличный ресторан с хорошей кухней и прекрасным видом на город. Рекомендую попробовать гребешки, пасту, карпачо из телятины, а также фирменные коктейли.

It took about 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. It is said that Tashkent Airport is in the city center. On the last day, I went to Samarkand. I contacted the hotel in advance to help me book the high-speed rail ticket online. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the high-speed rail station. It was so convenient. There are several Chinese restaurants next to the hotel, all within a 5-minute walk, but we still like the big plate chicken made by the chef of the hotel. It is affordable and authentic. It is really delicious. The breakfast is the best in all the hotels in Uzbekistan that I have stayed in, because every day is a different stir-fry, and it is self-service. If you stay again, you will definitely get fat. Fried noodles, fried rice, millet porridge, shredded potatoes, dry pot cauliflower, stir-fried tripe shreds, you dare to imagine that this is breakfast, it's awesome, haha. In short, it is too worth it, the location is convenient, the room is very clean, and the breakfast is very comfortable. Chinese service can be used on WeChat for everything. Invite friends to talk about things, and the lobby is also very impressive. I have recommended it to my friends at the airport, haha. It is definitely worth the money.

I have booked a single room on the first floor and a twin room on the second floor. The light is very good. All good! I heard from the landlord that the hotel just opened this year. The floor is wood grain, and the furniture inside is made of wood. It is very comfortable. There is a wardrobe, a large full-length mirror, and the washbasin also has storage shelves; the air conditioner and exhaust window are very powerful. , the clothes were washed and hung in the bathroom overnight and almost dry; the breakfast buffet has many types, including white porridge, fried rice and local snacks, and the fruit is particularly sweet.
