I just found out that this hotel exists because I haven't been to the lake for a long time. Then you get a room that looks like Japan. It's good, but at night my body itches, I know there are bed bugs - in the morning there are traces of blood, it looks like the fleas died on my body 😂🤣 pricey but the cleanliness is like a 100-200 hotel 🤪

Strategic location in the city center, but the parking lot is quite full which makes it a bit difficult. the rest is very good, the service at the Cordella Hotel Tasikmalaya

The hotel is quite new, the location is strategic, only the room size is not large, and it looks poorly maintained because there are many leaks that have been left without repair

If possible, provide a hairdryer for all room types. There's also a lack of a small refrigerator.

Good service and complete room facilities

Got a connecting room which was less comfortable and the sound from the next room could be heard. There are no bathroom mats and slippers...you have to complain to the receptionist first but they respond quickly Overall okay
