Location is pretty good, nearby minimarket and shopes. Services are great. Security helped me out to get wheel chair from lobby.

This check in arrived more than half an hour late.. ordered 2 rooms.. entered the room at half past 3.. I was bored of waiting..
Please wait a little while it's ready... it's been a long time since I was informed that there was a problem with the room... basically it's not very impressive... fortunately while waiting for a long time the children were swimming.

Came in the middle of the night, but still served quickly the check-in process.

It's met our expectations: spacious room with good amenities but need improvement in cleanliness; toilet lobby was smelly and underated. The service was good; my wife left her jacket, and the officer contacted us to send it by courier to our residence. Thanks !

Santika Hotel Tasikmalaya makes your stay an unforgettable one. Right at the moment we arrived here , we’ve been welcome with gentle and cheerful smile from front office team. From the lobby to restaurants, you can find well trained and very well groomed staffs. We were on breakfa and the breakfast area is the best one here with many options. i would like to say thank you to Elly for kind help and antusiasm service she really professional and reliable! .Last but not least the housekeeping staff was very prompt. Thank you once again for the amazing service. Overall stay was wonderful and we are planning to come back soon here at Santika Hotel Tasikmalaya.
