I suggest to remove this hotel from the list. First, the location is useless. It is better to stay at Radisson in Stavanger than to go to Pulpit Rock. Second, there is no spirit of contract. The payment at the hotel is not based on the order price, and 400 kroner is charged for each room. Third, after several contacts, they promised to refund part of the overcharge, but they also claimed that they could not refund the original way and asked for additional account information. I don't know if I can get it back yet. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service Tong Yue for helping to communicate and coordinate. Ctrip also compensated the hotel for part of the fees that it refused to refund unreasonably.
