Vista increíble, el servicio es excelente, todo muy limpio y de lujo, su comida es muy rica y cuenta con jacuzzis alberca y spa todo esta en perfectas condiciones, sin duda volveré a hospedarme en ese hotel es muy privado y esta cerca del teleferico

La alberca está fría , muy caro por ese lugar muy alto la distancia del hotel y cobran muy caro los taxistas para bajar, las recepcionistas muy atentas y todo el personal hacen milagros ellos para estar bien nosotros en la estancia como el único mesero que está

Estar en este hotel se sintió realmente en casa. Es encantador! Célebre mi aniversario de bodas con una cena romántica en la terraza privada que está en el restaurante Punto925. Todo el personal se encargo de hacer de mi noche una experiencia única e inolvidable. La pasamos increíble 😍

Me hospede hace 15 días en este maravilloso hotel. Sin duda, regresare! El personal super amable. La comida y servicio en el restaurante son espectaculares. La vista es simplemente increíble. Me hospede en la suite presidencial Vista y les puedo asegurar que realmente hace referencia a su nombre Vista y que es mas de lo que pude imaginar. De verdad que les recomiendo este lugar. He visitado otros hoteles boutique pero este supero mis expectativas.

Quede maravillado desde que llegue debido a la bonita decoración, los atardeceres mas bonitos y una atención muy bonita y especial, desde el personal de recepción, la atención de los meseros y el sazón que manejan en cocina. La habitación Sterling no decepciono, que bien ubicada esta, te deja apreciar todo el panorama hacia el pueblo de Taxco desde la comodidad del jacuzzi, y hacia su jardín. SUPER RECOMENDADO, DE DIEZ TODO EL PERSONAL.

Mis amigos y yo viajamos a este lugar de encanto ellos se quedaron en la suite sterling y nosotros en la suite nickel y de verdad ofrecen toda una experiencia las habitaciones son muy cómodas hay internet dentro de ellas, lo cual facilita cualquier movimiento en caso de tener pendientes de trabajo, además como cortesía nos dieron un tour al pueblo de Taxco el cual también recomiendo muchísimos al guía llamado Romeo y que decir de la atención la comida un sazon increíble. Sin duda alguna mis amigos y yo volveremos muy pronto.

We just had the WORST experience at the hotel restaurant, the waiter's service was good but he didn't know how to explain the dishes, we arrived at 9:20-9:30 and he said that he had orders to only serve one round of drinks from his manager since the service ended at 10 pm (I assume that if we are consuming and well, they had to be more flexible, we hadn't even finished dinner and they had already turned off the lights (super rude on the part of the hotel management, since the manager was there in his chair watching through the cameras and he saw that we were still in the place consuming. To end the terrible experience, when asking for the bill we were charged $280 pesos for a beefeater GinTonic with red fruits, when the others ordered a gin and tonic with guava and they charged it at $180 pesos. We told the waiter, he just went to the bar and said that they charged $190 pesos for just water tonic and red berries (without gin) and $90 extra for the gin. The truth is, he didn't even know how to explain, we didn't ask the person in charge to intervene because we didn't want to spend the night of my friend's birthday that I suggested coming to celebrate here. We are local people and I specifically have been a client of the rest for several years, I have even recommended the hotel for lodging several times and after TODAY'S TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NOT ONLY WILL WE NOT RETURN, but I am going to proceed with profeco for the abuse in the charging for the glass of gin and tonic with red berries and I will NEVER recommend them again either as a consumption center or as a lodging!! How terrible that a high-class hotel like yours has a management that provides this type of EXPERIENCES!
