On July 26, I booked a hotel in Xining through Ctrip. When I was driving and navigating that day, I found that the hotel I booked was actually Xining, Vietnam. I immediately contacted the hotel for a refund, but the hotel manager had a bad attitude and refused to check out. I then coordinated with Ctrip's backend but still refused to refund. I suggest that everyone should pay attention when booking this hotel.

Amazing service once again. When I arrived in my room the staff had set up a heart on my bed made out of roses. Which I did request and they did very good. They also had a note in the room for me and my wife congratulating us on our recent marriage and gave us a couple of very nice deserts. It was their 30 year anniversary which we attended, amazing food and drinks all for free. The cleanliness of everything is amazing. The staff always impress me and the staff at the gym were very nice and helped me around. I will definitely come back when I visit Vietnam again.
