This place was awful. The door handle was broken, but when we could get into the room, it was like a trap house. The carpet looked like pieces of carpet ripped from a larger piece of carpet and used as mats. It was dingy and so sketchy. Definitely a feeling of “are we going to get robbed/get roaches or bed bugs? The entire place smelled like urine. We didnt even bring our bags in the room. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and didnt even stay 10 minutes. Ive stayed at many motel/hotels both in North America and internationally and I can whole heartedly say even compared to 3rd world country hotels, this place is the WORST. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Good service. Able to help me out. Affordable, safe and clean. It's not the W, but it DEFINITELY ain't a roach motel either. 5 stars. You are also close to good restaurants, Home Depot (don't ask lol) and grocery stores. That is all for now thanks

I made reservations for this location more than a month ago. I get guaranteed late arrival. Show up, and there are people outside fighting, yelling, and crying. We waited a while to get checked in. Finally get checked in, but there are no room cards, so the front desk person walks us to our room to let us in. Go to the room, and the room was not serviced. The room smelled heavily of cigarettes, the a/c unit was making a loud noice and it was hot in the room. The drawers in the chest of drawers were broken, and falling out of the chest of drawers. The bath room was filthy. The woman helping us was pleasant, but we decided to book a room at another red roof location 12 minutes away as there were no other available rooms. While trying to book a room at the other hotel, the police show up to deal with two different people that independently called the police. One had been walking in circles around the hotel yelling and cussing. The other person had been walking around the hotel. The night manager came in and we waited another 30 minutes to get a refund to leave the property. The night manager refused to give a refund for the first night, despite the extenuating circumstances. I asked him his name, and for his last name which he would not give.I asked for his card, which he refused to give.m, and at that point threatened to call the police on me and my mom. He asked me to leave, so my mom continued on, and I left to avoid a scene, despite trying to be civil. My mom was trying to verify that he was going to release our funds, as we were planning to stay there 5 days. He said he could not do that, and if she continued to be difficult he would call the police. That being said, we left the property, potentially without a refund, in order to stay somewhere safer, and with reasonable rooms. Do not waste your time, money, and effort on this location.

Excellent customer service to make my reservation. Lobby was clean. Front desk service was excellent. My room was very clean. And it was very quiet not rowdy at all. I will definitely be staying again. Team Taylor is a great helpful and courtesy staff

Only stayed for one night if it was very comfortable, clean, and had friendly staff. Very easy going and ready to provide assistance when needed. The AC was probably my best part as it kept me cool through the night.

Great hotel for the money. Very clean rooms and very courteous staff and front desk. I’ve already recommended this hotel to some of my out of town family and friends. I told them that it’s very peaceful and laid back. I like the location too, plenty of restaurants and places to shop. Like the mall and my Golden Corral down the street lol. ❤️😉

Great Customer service from Brandy and Aishon at the Taylor location. Brandy has great knowledge and understanding of points rewards. Brandy was able to explain and show me how to use my points and recieve free stay. Thanks Brandy keep doing a great job

Paid for a "Superior King", no coffee maker, missing drawer in dresser, dresser top full of drilled holes from previous T.V's, missing handles elsewhere, bed cover dirt stain marks, floor sticky, large dirt mark on lamp shade, pink paint on hair dryer handle, sink taps mixed (hot is cold, cold is hot), dirty mirror, reception was "ok" but training was happening when we checked in . Definitely needs some renovations.

I absolutely love the staff here. They are wonderful and helpful in every way imaginable so far, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience from staying here. Night manager, Matt is amazing, and Brandy during the day is sure to light up your day with her sweet self enjoy your stay as I have..☺️
