Very clean, well-equipped, with good supermarket and shopping mall facilities in the surrounding area. It is about half an hour's drive from the city center CBD. It is an apartment worth staying in for families

Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Ease of parking. Easy access to mall just a short walk away. Has always been my go to hotel for business trips.

All the staff were very friendly and so helpful. They were kind and thoughful in anticipating our needs.
Very chill and comfortable lobby.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The king size bed was comfortable with high quality linens. The pillows were better than my own at home.
The kitchen held all the items needed for our 4 night stay with room for our food items.
We were delighted to use the complimentary laundry facilities.
The location is unbeatable for airport transfers and local shopping and eating. We were close to our family whom we were visiting while in Melbourne.
A great beginning to our stay in Australia.

Very clean and modern apartment, I had a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, excellent condition and super comfortable, it is somewhere that if needed I would be happy to stay for a long period, great kitchen with excellent appliances and lots of storage

Felt like everything was about the money, carpark 10 per night, why not free, make it, give customers a reason to want to come back and want to stay, currently there's no reason!

Over from New Zealand visiting family, the location was very handy specially with the train only minutes walk away. This Quest is excellent if I had to say anything negative, the water pressure in the shower could be stronger.
