Austin Park Hotel Reviews

Our stay at Austin Park Hotel was pleasant one. The location was great and near to many fun places and restaurants like Shiba Cafe, Jaya Grocer and Mr DIY. The room was well cleaned and there were nice channels on the TV too. The beds were huge and comfortable. However, the water pressure in the shower was really low, and it was pretty hard to shower. The breakfast had limited variety. Free parking too. Overall, value for money.

Everything is good. The room is spacious. The only issue is the internet. The internet is very weak and unresponsive.

Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Location is plus with a massage just opposite. Breakfast was pretty normal but you will be spoilt for choices with the variety just outside the hotel. It's just beside the water theme park as well. Will definitely come back again.

Location is good. The room is big and clean. The staff are polite. Nearby to eateries and the supermarket below is so convenient.

Great location and huge rooms for a day of recharging. Lots of nice food, cafe and restaurants surrounding the hotel.

Hotel was right next to amenities and dining areas. Centrally located. Will book again next time. Hall walkway was wide and clean though carpeted

Location is ok, room size is nice. Breakfast spread is pathetic (enclosed photos are all they offer). Management is rigid - no rooms for early check in. I called in earlier at about 9am to ask for early check in, which the front office said check in from 10am requires additional charge of RM55. I agreed with that expecting the later we check in, the lesser the charge. We reach at about 1.45pm and the same charge applies for early check in. The front office guy said and I quote “if I allow you to have an early check in, even though it’s just an hour earlier, the management will diao (scold) me”.

The usual hotel to go to when we are in JB. Great for families with 2 king beds. Clean, comfy and convenient with a Jaya Grocer downstairs for quick supermarket runs.

The room was next to the staff room; unfortunately, the soundproofing was inadequate, causing a lot of noise early in the morning.

The room is clean and neat. I was assigned to the highest floor as requested. Very thing is good except that there is a weird smell waste pipe smell. Not sure if I am too sensitive. But for the price you pay.. it worth it
