The customer service could have been better upon check in. The lady at the front desk was busy on her phone and didn’t bother checking details of my check in. Even the gentleman during the night was equally ignorant I wonder how these staff were stationed to sit there doing their own thing instead of working. Location was ok but staying experience is definitely terrible. The rooms were run down, window ledges broken, rooms had strong cigarette smell, shortage of towels for the family room, phone spoilt, no Wifi password, air con was dripping, the safety of the guest is important. There were too many encounters with drunk occupants who argued with the staff and noisy throughout the night. They even tried to misbehave. We did not escalate this to the front desk because their customer service was poor. No rapport with guest, me being a hotelier myself find this ridiculous. Staff has to be trained and ensure the quality of stay. The type of customers they take might obstruct others stay. Especially with windows broken there might be a high possibility of theft therefore I had to carry all personal belongings everywhere. Overall I’m glad to stay safe with my children and elderly mum but never returning there again.
