Stopped for a night and the location is abit far from heart of town with quiet neighbourhoods.

Room is a bit small but provides really good value for its price. Just a stone throw away from Austin Mall, and eateries are about 5-10 minutes walk distance. Most importantly, rooms are clean. Will book again.

The interconnecting rooms with king size beds are on ground level and hence fairly noisy. While the beds are comfortable, having to bath just beside the toilet bowl is a trying experience for me. So the toilets are always very wet. The room is not suitable for elders and young children. WIll probably not stay again.

Suitable for a short stay. Room was small for family room and there was an old smell in the hotel. Heard this hotel is only 5 years old and not sure why is there an old smell. Was given a wrong room but Trip.com manage to settle. The CS Tynar from Trip.com was pretty rude at the end of the conversion. Quite disappointed with Tynar. 😑
